“Test Date Logic is a Major Issue”
Pros
Stripe integration with Syncta makes credit card processing seamless. Customers can pay their invoices via email and it automatically updates and marks the invoice as paid. Additionally it auto-completes Tokay test reports which I like about it.
Cons
The software only calculates the next test due date in one way. But some purveyors use a different method, so you have to update those dates manually. If a test is done early, like after a repair, the system adds 12 months to the original due date plus the months it was done early. This can push the next test almost 24 months ahead, which causes problems with notifications and compliance.

“Excellent software with excellent customer support”
Pros
The software is quite easy to use and covers most of our requirements. We really like the ability to send test results and invoices right away and having a customer database is very important for us. However we have faced some minor technical issues like broadcasts not displaying correctly to our customers which has caused a bit of embarrassment. But whenever we have contacted tech support, they have always been quick to resolve the issue and have been very friendly. All in all it is a solid platform that just needs a few minor adjustments to become truly excellent.
Cons
Most of the features are simple to use but we have run into an issue with missing customer notifications due to preset drop down options. Recently a broadcast email we sent out turned into gibberish for at least half of our customers which was quite embarrassing.

“Ideal solution for our business”
Pros
Everything is online now so we have completely eliminated paper. The customer support is amazing too and the software is really easy to use. It makes managing everything a lot more efficient.
Cons
It would be awesome if there was a way to filter data within the software. While we can generate reports, a filter option to search by date, purveyor, etc would make scheduling large groups for testing much easier.
