“fantastic service with easy to use tool
Pros
I've found the customer service to be fantastic and the system itself is very easy to use which makes my day-to-day tasks much smoother and far less stressful.
Cons
My only real complaint is that I hope the phone app becomes available soon because sometimes technicians run into problems when relying on the web page and that inconsistency can be a nuisance.

“Tailored setup and pleasant collaboration
Pros
What I really appreciate is that they tailored the setup to match our specific needs and throughout the whole process they were consistently easy and pleasant to collaborate with so I genuinely recommend them.
Cons
I honestly cannot find anything to criticize about their work. Overall I'm very satisfied with how everything turned out and would happily continue using them.

“overall good but mobile app is sluggish
Pros
We use it as our main hub for all our customer operations. So any time someone has a service issue or needs to book or return a rental that's the system we go to. It keeps everything in one place.
Cons
I keep running into problems with the mobile app: it clearly needs more development, downloads take forever and outdated past dates and former employees still appear on the app. Also when I create an invoice in Sp and post it to Qb the parts land in the wrong section and it constantly flags the transaction as an 'unspecified site'.

“Easy job tracking and billing
Pros
I find it really easy to keep track of jobs and manage billing within the app.
Cons
On my phone I find the task history a bit thin and would like it to be more great and detailed.

“QuickBooks integration simplifies billing
Pros
Using it together with QuickBooks has made handling our monthly billing incredibly easy and I've found the whole process much simpler and faster.
Cons
One major annoyance I've run into is that renaming an asset completely wipes out its historical records and on top of that we can't figure out how to mark an asset as retired or taken out of service without resorting to deleting it from the system, we'd much prefer to keep a record of the unit even after it's been sold so there's an audit trail and ownership history to reference later.

“feasible QuickBooks sync and photo uploads
Pros
I really like that it synchronizes with QuickBooks easily and my drivers are able to upload photos of jobs from the field which keeps everything organized.
Cons
At first I had a bit of trouble getting assistance for some problems but support has improved since then and things are running much more smoothly now.

“Easy navigation with prompt support
Pros
Being very accustomed to the interface now I find it extremely easy to navigate and the customer support responds promptly and is consistently helpful.
Cons
When planning driver routes I find that it fails to generate the most efficient driving path for the scheduled services which causes longer travel times and less optimized schedules overall.

My team and I find the interface easy for my guys to navigate and we've had no trouble linking it with QB for our accounting needs.
Cons
I'm uncertain how well it would suit my guys' needs overall but in the specific ways I rely on it I haven't found any problems so far.

Pros
QuickBooks is very user-friendly and because my trainer came from the same industry I work in, he was extremely helpful, offering me fresh ideas and guiding me step-by-step as I put my own processes into practice.
Cons
Still very new to the software so I don't have any negatives to point out yet since I haven't had enough time with it to encounter issues or limitations.

We've found that data synchronizes easily back and forth between this application and our accounting system and the team continually tailors the product to our requirements, implementing the modifications necessary so we can better serve our customers.
Cons
Okay so.... I do find it a drawback that the web version is still under development which sometimes creates gaps in functionality compared with the desktop offering.

“effortless routing with great QR support
Pros
The routing features and QR code support really stand out to me and I find the software incredibly easy and simple to use.
Cons
I ran into an issue where it posts duplicate charges into QuickBooks and whenever I'm trying to return an item the system forces me to process the return for the entire quantity rather than allowing me to send back just a single unit.

Really appreciate that I can create tailored billing periods, add and manage customers within the app and link those customer records directly to QuickBooks because it aligns my invoicing and helps keep my financial data synchronized without extra manual work.
Cons
When it comes to tasking and scheduling I feel there's definite room for improvement, I would like more simple task management, clearer scheduling controls and better tools for assigning and tracking work so I can plan and execute projects more efficiently.

“Helpful support and stress-free switch
Pros
I've had a really positive experience with their customer support they were incredibly helpful and made the whole switch feel easy and stress-free which I truly appreciated.
Cons
For me the biggest frustration has been keeping online QuickBooks and the desktop TSP in sync because I need both systems to match exactly and until TSP is offered online I'm left hoping they roll out that capability soon so this reconciliation headache goes away.

Excellent tool for managing my work orders and for keeping thorough records for both our service and repair customers which makes organizing jobs much simpler.
Cons
Although syncing tends to be a recurring problem I can always count on the technicians to be professional and to assist me in getting the issue resolved quickly and efficiently.

I've found it really effective for handling customer service when I'm selling my products as it aligns communication and helps me keep sales-related interactions organized and responsive.

“Smooth QuickBooks migration & responsive support
Pros
We've found the Service Program extremely easy to use and in my experience there have been no problems with how it integrates with QuickBooks which was a relief, moreover, migrating our information from a very ancient database went far more smoothly than I expected and the technical support team has typically responded quickly and accurately whenever we've needed assistance so any problems that did arise were rare, minor and easy to resolve.
Cons
Our office relies on an internet-based version of the program which becomes a real problem because our connection here is terrible and whenever the network drops we get kicked out of the Service Program, interrupting our workflow.

“easy to use and helpful resources
Pros
I find the product incredibly easy to use and I really value the many helpful online resources that are available.. the training videos especially make a huge difference when I'm getting new employees up to speed with the software.
Cons
Although I accept that no software is flawless I still run into occasional glitches.... in most cases they get sorted out the same day but every now and then small problems persist for a few days before a fix is implemented.

“Customizable, reliable and affordable tool
Pros
Running a small pond and lake management company I made a decision twelve years ago to try and grow my customer base without bringing on an office person or bookkeeper to handle the extra invoicing and paperwork and so I went looking for a software solution that would check a specific set of boxes for me: 1. usable on a mobile device while I'm working in the field, 2. customizable to fit my business needs, 3. able to capture data and produce a sales ticket, 4. capable of interfacing with QuickBooks so that month-end invoicing could occur without any double entry into my accounting system, 5. reliable and easy to operate and 6. affordable and the Service Program didn't just meet each of those requirements, it has consistently surpassed what I expected.
Cons
I will say that while the Service Program does provide some access to legacy data on a mobile device but retrieving those older records on a phone or tablet can feel a bit awkward and tough to navigate whereas accessing the same historical information on the desktop is noticeably smoother and more convenient.

Switching our paper door tags to a digital format has been fantastic and with the training plus attentive customer support making the process clear and easy, I couldn't be more pleased with transition.
Cons
I've found several small features that weren't included initially however after sending a message to the developers their prompt response was all that I required to have the adjustments implemented as I requested.

What I really appreciate is that it doesn't try to boss my financial software around and there are countless features I can tweak to suit my workflow, great reporting, flexible filtering and more so Honestly what's not to love?
Cons
The upfront price was a hurdle yet after negotiating the terms I felt it was completely worth the money.
