Strong visibility and insights

Modern design

Pros

The interface feels very user-friendly and the overall look is modern and pleasant to work with. Customer support has also been excellent whenever needed.

Cons

It would be better if the capacity checker focused only on available white space when checking capacity. Having insights update in real time instead of being 24 hours behind would also make it more useful.

Responsive support

Pros

Having a system that helps front-line staff deliver person-centred care to the right person at the right time has been really valuable. It also gives strong visibility of staff which makes it much easier to respond quickly and take a more flexible approach when needed.

Cons

Linking it with other systems can be difficult at times. And while the platform is configurable, it can sometimes feel a bit too open so having better tiered access controls would make a real difference.
