Easy for Administration

Pros

As an administrator, I find it easy to use and user-friendly. I can manage multiple modules at once like contracts, tasks, reports and user rights in different tabs. I've also seen significant product improvements.

Cons

The Forms module takes a long time to set up. A mobile app would be a great addition.

Pros

We like Twimm for its mobile-friendly website for technicians, especially offline mode, as well as the APIs that allow quick integration.

Cons

We used to rely on the basket mode for interventions but that feature was not available initially. It's now been added.
