“Works exceptionally well”

Pros

I can track my executive from anywhere and it's also nice to be able to check their data from yesterday as well.

Cons

The only thing that needs improvement is the pricing, it feels a bit high.

Pros

Unolo is the only platform I've come across that can accurately track where my employees are at any time. Their support team has also been really helpful, any issue my team hits gets resolved quickly.

Cons

App feels a bit sluggish and can run slow.

Love that the app offers quick updates and runs with really high efficiency which makes it feel responsive for daily use.

While the backend updates are fast and data syncs efficiently, the front-end interface could feel more polished but its perfect as is as well

One standout feature is the real-time employee tracking which noticeably improves productivity and overall efficiency. It lets organizations keep an eye on work hours, attendance and task completion so teams can allocate resources more effectively. The tracking functionality feels like a major step forward for managing on-the-ground workforces and driving better results.

Cons

Setting up the allowed settings needs manual configuration. It would be better if it could be done with a single button since that would make the process faster but it works good as it is as well. just a suggestion

“UI is amazing”

The UI feels user friendly and well-designed. Everything I need is easy to find and the required details are available right when I want them.

Cons

No real complaints so far though a few extra features and ongoing development would help them improve even further and stay ahead in the market.

It feels really precise and user friendly especially with the demo videos and the guidance included. Everything is laid out in a way that's easy to follow and helps you understand what to do.

Every task gets scheduled properly and runs according to its priority which makes day-to-day work much clearer. I can also track my team easily so nothing feels lost or delayed.

Tracking has room for improvement though the customer care support, friendly nature, on-time servicing and good functionality continue to stand out.

Accuracy of the timeline is what stood out for me the most, along with employee monitoring and the way it handles data. The overall attendance tracking feels solid and report generation plus the expense workflow is pretty smooth..viewing, claiming, monitoring, approving and so on all fit together well.

Cons

A couple of fields don't have enough filtering options. For example, the admin panel doesn't include a designation-wise expense claim filter.

The app feels user-friendly right from the start and the tech team's support has been top, notch so far. Whenever I've had questions, I've gotten solid help quickly.

I don't have any real complaints yet since I haven't run into problems so far so there's nothing specific I can point out for improvement.

It's good but sometimes the app fails to display "GPS spoof detected," even when that issue is expected to be flagged.

Employee reporting looks really good. There's no need to use Google Forms to submit reports, everything is handled directly through the app.

If possible, I'd love to see the record retention period extended.

What I appreciate most is how it handles sales report generation and attendance tracking. It makes these two areas feel a lot more organized so getting the information you need is easy.

Leaves section is the only area I'm not as happy with, there's some friction around how time requests and approvals are handled.
