simple task and note management

Pros

Having been a pen-and-paper person my entire life and admittedly stubborn about changing my ways, I finally decided to give this tool a shot and it proved to be simple right from the start, everyone on the team stayed aligned on task assignments, parts orders and what had been finished, while the ability to attach detailed notes and photos to a job or specific part has been incredibly useful, improving our time management and eliminating excuses for miscommunication or the usual "I don't know" responses because frankly everything we need is visible and organized inside the app.

Cons

I've been using this tool for quite some time now and from day one it worked smoothly and reliably so honestly I struggle to find any drawbacks to report, overall I liked every aspect of the app and there really isn't anything negative to say because it has consistently met my expectations and made managing tasks far easier than I anticipated.
