It doesn't include an option to create a return shipment at the same time as sending one.

Whenever I have a question the support team responds quickly and is always helpful. There is a bit of a learning curve at first but once you understand how it works, it becomes pretty easy to use.

There is some initial figuring out involved but after going through it a couple of times and learning what each part is for, it becomes very easy to navigate. That said, I should mention that I have no background at all in how products like this work.

Having everything in one place to compare the best shipping rates by delivery speed or cost is a huge advantage. It's incredibly helpful and the information has been very accurate.

My only issue is that not every carrier is listed. Most of the major ones are there but some smaller boutique providers are missing.

A big drawback is how often it throws confusing error messages. I've mostly figured out workarounds for many of them by now but when an error says something like 'attempted to divide by zero,' it really doesn't give you much to go on when trying to fix the issue.

It's definitely easier to use now than it used to be. For basic shipping tasks, it feels fairly user-friendly overall. The pick button is a feature I really appreciate because it makes scheduling a pickup much simpler.

In my opinion there are still times when a company name is too long for the field or it includes characters the system won't accept. When that happens, I have to remove characters or shorten the name myself which is frustrating otherwise great tool.

Setup was quick overall and once the details were entered, everything was easy to complete.

Web pages were a little confusing to navigate at first and I had to contact the requester to get some extra details before I could enter everything.

I still run into errors and lockouts and sometimes addresses don't save. Adding addresses and commodities also isn't very easy.

The platform is not very simple and even a simple order takes too many steps to finish. It also has glitches that lead to multiple errors every day and the connection is consistently slow even when other applications are running normally.
