“Upgraded parcel management”
Pros
Our parcel and LTL shipping process has become much more efficient with this software. The setup was reasonably easy especially with assistance from their support team. We also really value the integrations with label printers and weight scales.
Cons
Every now and then, we hit errors while processing a shipment and the reason behind them is not always clear. We also feel the pricing could be a little more affordable.

Pros
It impressed me that I was being able to view every carrier option for a specific shipment in one place. It's also very easy to add more carriers and having support for LTL shipments is a big plus. I also appreciate being able to close out shipments at the end of the day and schedule pickups directly within the same system.
Cons
Only issue I've run into is that it's not easy to search for a person we're shipping to. To locate a specific shipment, we usually need a Sales Order or PO number.

Pros
What matters most to me is being able to bill customers for both FTL and LTL carrier charges.
Cons
Toughest part has been managing it through Business Central with Insight Works Dynamic Ship since we have to depend on Insight Works whenever issues come up. On top of that the errors shown in Insight Works are too vague for users to clearly understand.
