Pros
At the most basic level the software lets you create an e-logbook and enter records which does save time and effort when it is working as it should.
Cons
Beyond that, it is very slow when moving in and out of individual aircraft to make entries. Tracking for components, tasks and ADs is handled almost entirely by hand. There is little to no room for customization. The system freezes, crashes and goes down constantly and support is minimal to nonexistent. There are also countless small bugs, such as lists starting at #2 and defect syncing that adds defects in reverse order. When the system crashes, it locks the user into the aircraft they were working on, forcing everyone to wait for a reboot instead of letting someone else continue from another computer while the first session resets. The inventory manager also demands very exact searches for items instead of allowing broader search behavior like common search engines do. On top of that, only one user can access an aircraft at a time.

Cons
The only drawback is that 100th maintenance times are calculated in decimal format rather than in sexagesimal.
