Pros
I really appreciate how user-friendly this platform is. There are tons of features that have become essential for our daily operations and getting everything set up was surprisingly simple. When issues do come up, customer support jumps in quickly to help resolve them.
Cons
Sometimes the app runs pretty slow when they're doing maintenance work which really slows down our daily operations.

Pros
The support team usually responds quickly, though the speed can vary depending on who handles the request. The platform itself is quite easy to use. The reporting and tracking features work well for my needs. As it has a large user base, updates are released regularly with useful improvements. There are also plenty of customization options available, along with helpful notification reminders.
Cons
Server errors happen way too often and it's frustrating when reference numbers just disappear during customer calls. Almost daily I'm dealing with some kind of glitch and finding things in Pending Last Mile can be a real pain when the system decides not to cooperate.

So convenient to use and really helpful for tracking deliveries. I can see the actual status of each shipment in real time. Setting it up was simple and the customer support team was cooperative when we needed help setting up online payment processing for orders. There are lots of useful features available.
