The industry's best platform

Pros

Among every product I've evaluated on the market for P&D contractors, I personally consider it to be the clear leader, because they deliver top-tier solutions and provide consistently outstanding customer support.

Cons

I'd find it very helpful if it developed a set of instructional videos we could play for our drivers so they clearly understand how to use every aspect of the custom routing features and, as a result, operate their routes more efficiently.

My go to tool!

Pros

I find it fantastic that I can monitor my drivers, each package stop and their speeds in real time, since being able to track those details is very useful.

Cons

there isn't much more I feel the app needs at this point though it would be helpful if the settings included additional choices for the My Drive screen so that drivers could customize how addresses are displayed, for example, an option to hide or remove the city and state columns would allow apartment numbers to appear more prominently and make locating units easier.

Essential GPS tool

Pros

For me, the GPS is the standout feature because I can essentially send anyone to any destination with this tablet and I find that capability very useful and reassuring.

Cons

I would really appreciate the option to add a note while planning a route to indicate that after a given stop I need to turn around, since when you hit "mark delivered" and move on the GPS doesn't retain the direction you were heading or the intended flow of the route and that loss of context means that pulling over or into a parking lot can leave less-experienced drivers confused about which direction to go when they resume.

Real-time violation tracking

Pros

I value that the KI figures are presented in real time and kept current and I can pinpoint which specific KI is breaching limits as well as precisely when those breaches occur.

Cons

Because it's organized differently than the competitor, I needed a day to get accustomed and learn how everything works.

Easy training but cluttered menus

Pros

It is very useful because it aligns the process of training both newly hired drivers and those already on staff across multiple route assignments, making onboarding and refresher sessions much more efficient.

Cons

The updated training menus feel somewhat cluttered and, because of inconsistent organization, can be confusing when I'm trying to quickly locate specific modules or lessons.

Great for new drivers!

Pros

I Like how clearly the routes are displayed and how easy it is to configure them for each driver, since this dramatically simplifies bringing new drivers up to speed and the ability to add notes or subzones has completely transformed our workflow.

Cons

I find the Pro tier somewhat pricey compared with the standard plan which in my experience offers a much more reasonable cost for basic needs.

Awsome features with best support

Pros

It packed with so many excellent features and in my experience customer support is absolutely the best Ive ever dealt with.

Cons

To be honest, I can't think of any real drawbacks, since the suppot team has adopted nearly every suggestion I or other users have submitted and implemented them wherever feasible.

Pros

Integration is reliable and I particularly appreciate being able to monitor not just my team's locations but also the delivery progress when they're out in the field.

Cons

I've noticed that some enhancements have taken a while to become available, yet I'm glad to say that even that rollout speed has gotten noticeably better throughout the past eighteen months.

Makes work ten times easier

Pros

The product's overall capabilities work exceptionally well both for managing the fleet and when I'm behind the wheel as a driver, making daily tasks roughly ten times simpler.

Cons

If I'm to be nitpicky, I'll mention that until a few weeks ago when I marked a vehicle out of service the list of selectable 'reasons' was quite restricted and didn't cover some situations, although that limitation has fortunately been resolved since then.

Complete service with great price

Pros

Platform is interactive to use and appreciate that it provides a full-service solution that addresses my workflow end to end, offering everything required for day-to-day operations. Their customer support repeatedly impressed me by answering calls promptly and being available even on weekends, so assistance was never far away when I needed it. Moreover, they are continually enhancing the software and introducing new features at a rapid clip, which I found remarkable. They engaged with contractors to understand real needs and have been excellent at developing practical solutions, so in my estimation it represents strong value given the rich set of features and benefits bundled into the program.

Cons

Over time most of the drawbacks I experienced were addressed and subsequently remedied. For a period I needed the ability to send a single message to the entire team at once which wasn't possible at that time and was a limitation for our communications. It appears that this functionality has since been added to the Pro version, closing that gap. As a result there are now very few negatives I can point to.

Easy to use

Pros

It is easy to use and many of its tools are genuinely helpful for fleet management because they allow me to keep close tabs on vehicles and maintenance while also supporting drivers throughout their shifts by directing them to each stop and helping to sequence their daily routes more efficiently.

Cons

At times I notice the GPS is inaccurate or drifts and I wonder whether the device placement or even what the driver is wearing might be impacting signal reliability and causing those location errors.

Very easy software & helps you succeed

Pros

Its very user friendly even for complete beginners, and in our experience GroundCloud enabled them to achieve success from their very first day of delivering packages, moreover, it ensures we remain compliant across every facet of our business.

Cons

While I recognize that certain features of the platform could be improved, I truly believe it is actively addressing these areas on a daily basis by rolling out changes and updates to it which in my view keeps them consistently one step ahead of competing providers.

A smooth day for drivers

Pros

I find this software empowers all drivers to enjoy a smooth day at work, being easy to adopt and featuring excellent incentive programs for fleet management.

Cons

Getting drivers enrolled and set up with their own accounts consumes a significant amount of time, although once it's fully configured I find it very easy to use.

Very easy to learn

Pros

Because I am comfortable with smartphones and tablets, I found this app immediately interactive and easy to use on both my phone and iPad, making the learning curve almost nonexistent.

Cons

I honestly cannot identify any features or aspects of it that bother me, as it meets my needs without any obvious cons.

Best support team!

Pros

I've come to rely heavily on the customer support team because they're consistently responsive and helpful, and I never hang up without having my questions fully answered.

Cons

That's a tough one to criticize because, aside from being generally satisfied with everything else, the only minor complaint I can articulate is that the performance metrics I relied on when they were free are now behind a pricey paywall and I wish the company had introduced a pro-lite tier that preserved those analytics without bundling in the payroll module so I could have continued using that capability.

Easy to manage people and schedules

Pros

It delivers a broad array of products and configurable options which gives me the flexibility to choose what fits our operation best, using the software I can manage our fleet and drivers with relative ease and I rely on it primarily to coordinate my staff by creating detailed schedules, delivering safety training and maintaining timeclock records for attendance and payroll purposes.

Cons

The VEDR unit fitted in the vehicle appears to have potential but in my experience it isn't as consistently reliable as the alternatives provided by competing vendors.

Great for monitoring & accountability

Pros

Having the ability to monitor continuously is invaluable, I particularly appreciate being able to view the driver's entire travel route, because that level of detail greatly improves accountability and helps me resolve disputes with FedEx.

Cons

I would like the Delivery Records to show status codes and the exact delivery location, since including those details would simplify verification and make dispute resolution faster.

Excellent customer service

Pros

Hands down the best customer service I've haveed, they even step in to resolve FedEx problems when FedEx itself is unable to do so.

Cons

I find the pricing frustrating especially because new features are priced so much higher that it feels like a steep, unjustified surcharge for what they provide.
