Cons
I initially felt inundated by the barrage of pop-up notifications, yet after customizing the settings I recognized that the alerts gradually aligned with my needs and became both relevant and valuable.

Pros
Having worked as a contractor, I appreciate that the tool was created by FedEx contractors themselves, so it intentionally includes virtually everything we need for our work.
Cons
I wish we could access the full range of functionality in Canada, because at the moment some important features are not available to us here.

“A lifesaver”
Pros
Last Saturday, when our handheld scanners went offline, I relied on the truck manifest: I instructed each driver to complete their usual routes and then simply printed the consolidated manifest which let operations continue without major disruption.
Cons
Honestly I can't find any real drawbacks to this software, everything I've used it for has performed exceptionally well and met my expectations.

GroundCloud keeping pace with this evolving industry and updating accordingly, saving me time and $$

Occasionally pop ups become irritating, although I am offered the choice to prevent seeing them again completely

“Great support for new drivers”
Pros
I can assign a completely new driver to any route and it reliably supports them through their everyday tasks, the interface is fast, easy to use, and in my experience nearly foolproof.
Cons
Since it is continuously evolving, it's challenging for me to give a definitive answer about its drawbacks, nevertheless, I feel that the Android application could benefit from catching up to the other platforms and being more fully featured and stable, I suppose.
