Works well overall

Pros

Everything we need is all in one place now which is simply amazing. And the setup process was smooth and well thought out.

Cons

So far there is nothing that I think is a con or maybe I just need more time with it.

Simple to use

Pros

The icons make it simple for me to get around the platform. Also I do not need to be a tech expert to use it which makes it even more likable.

Cons

It works a little slow at times especially in the planning section. That slowdown at times frustrates me a lot.

They are awesome � 100% recommended

Pros

It helps us handle billing and track our fleet in one spot. And all credits go to MIR-RT as keeping up with inspections and vehicle maintenance has never been this easy.

Cons

This is not a problem related to the software but this one is on us as our accounting is set up differently than the system expects. It is just a funny mismatch.

It can do a bit of everything

Pros

We are able to see updates in real time which allows us to work more efficiently and makes everything run smoother. In short it is just a very handy tool to have.

Cons

The system does not feel intuitive to me and part-timers find it hard to get comfortable with it without a lot of training.

Good but causes confusion at times

Pros

Our mechanics get more independence now and our vehicle users can leave notes straight from the app which is quite useful and beneficial at the same time.

Cons

It is kind of way too much for a small fleet like ours. Plus we had to ditch our old workflow and had to learn the opposite way of doing things which took some of our time.

Strong with room for growth

Pros

The interface just makes sense as not only is it intuitive but it has also saved us a lot of time on the job.

Pros

I just wish we had discovered it earlier. If you ask me why, I would say that now managing work orders and billing clients has become way more organized. Also their customer support is simply amazing.

Cons

Improved the way we manage the fleet

Pros

The trainer was easy to reach and really helpful when I needed. And the unit info available through the software is very detailed and easy to understand.

Cons

Every time we update the software strange glitches pop up. Not sure if it is our setup or the updates themselves. Well time will tell.

Pros

There are multiple useful tools built into this system. Like from everyday maintenance tasks to long term tracking, it is all available. And the best part is that customer support is superb. So even when we feel we are stuck somewhere, they are always available to help us.

Cons

There are a few limitations that is annoying but the good thing is that now that there is a mobile version and we are excited to test that out.

What is better than having a platform that covers everything we need, from maintenance tasks, purchase requests, inventory control, workforce needs etc. It is like you name it and they have it.

Cons

Pros

MIR RT is very simple to learn and navigate. It is definitely one of the easiest systems I have worked with.

Cons

The web version could use a major upgrade as for now there are quite a few issues I noticed that do not exist in the desktop version.

Pros

It is a great option for managing our equipment and vehicle fleet. As it makes the process a whole lot smoother which at the end of the day saves us time and effort.

With MIR-RT tracking our vehicle expenses is not a problem anymore. Plus it really helps us keep everything clear and easy to manage.
