“An essential software”
Pros
I love how simple it is to use. I can keep track of inventory costs, vehicle maintenance and repair expenses. I can also check past purchases from suppliers, see upcoming stock and track orders. What's great is I can view the supplier invoice right from the order. Everything's just easy to find.
Cons
I wish I could create my own reports based on what I need. Also the accounting integration with SAGE is kinda clunky, it takes multiple steps and we have to duplicate suppliers in both systems. It'd be great if the accounting data synced online without manually opening the transfer tool every time.

Pros
It's really user-friendly and available in French which is a big plus for us. The platform adapts well to what we need. I can manage inventory, track maintenance and there's even an accounting integration which makes things easier.
Cons
We've only been using the software for about a month and so far no issues at all. Everything's been good.

Pros
I use it a lot for maintenance tracking, managing inventory and creating our own purchase and work orders. It's a great all-in-one tool for us.
Cons
Understanding the difference between work orders and purchase orders takes some time. It's also frustrating that I can't delete things if I mess up.

I like how I can plan maintenance and also follow up with clients about the work done on their units whether it's under warranty or not. It keeps everything clear.
Cons
One small issue is when we receive stock, it's always recorded as of today's date not the actual delivery date. That causes a bit of confusion during end-of-month accounting.

The weekly planning display could be better and we'd love to have photos of the units included. Also there's no data transfer to Accomba Construction, which is a bit of a letdown.

All the tools related to managing work done in the shop are so well put together. Creating work orders is simple. Inventory management saves both time and money when used properly. MIR helps me track mechanical maintenance costs and makes sure our vehicles are inspected and well-maintained.
Cons
The planning feature could go deeper. It'd be super helpful to add more task details like which bay the mechanic should use or to leave small notes like in a planner. Same goes for inventory, more flexibility would be great.
