“The best for managing fleet”
Pros
Gives me a clear snapshot of our entire mechanical fleet. Their tech support team is always available when I need and the best thing is that they know what they are doing. Plus the savings we are seeing are no joke. Overall it has made a positive impact.
Cons
Even though the support was good in the beginning but setup support did not last very long so now it will take us a few more months to finish uploading all our inventory, warranty info and maintenance records. One thing that surprised us that we had to install our own server for data management. This is something that was not clearly mentioned before purchase and added extra expenses and work.

Pros
I find it very simple to learn and use and our mechanics do not need any sort of training anymore. Also their support crew is trustworthy and quick to lend a hand when needed.
Cons
Well the system does not really match how our business runs. We were told certain features would be included but we are still waiting on some of them. Plus the web version of it is not working well for us either since it does not show all our work orders. Our staff constantly updates work orders so they avoid using the web version now.

Thanks to MIR-RT we are able to stay updated on everything as it happens, whether we are in the office or out on the shop floor.
Cons
No complaints so far as everything is working well for now and I am happy with it.

“Switch was smooth and support was great”
Pros
We have been using MIR for just about three months now and what really stands out is how we can keep an eye on the techs live, schedule jobs with drag and drop and track parts, repairs and warranties easily. Plus the telematics and auto DVIRs are another amazing feature of it that has proven really helpful. And yes I am planning to review it again in six months.
Cons
Every software has its quirks. However the only problem we faced was that we randomly saw French text here and there. It is not a major problem though.

I love the live tracking. MIR Note is a great feature too. As it allows us to instantly look up parts and vehicles. Plus scanning items is quite simple for the team now in the shop.
Cons
It feels a bit plain to me but honestly, it does exactly what it needs to without issues.

It is really easy to use and the folks at DataDis are always quick to respond when we have a question. Also they have been very helpful and honestly, switching over to MIR-RT was a smart move for our team.
Cons
We have had some trouble linking it with other systems we use like our GPS tools and dispatch platform.

It helps us handle billing and track our fleet in one spot. And all credits go to MIR-RT as keeping up with inspections and vehicle maintenance has never been this easy.
Cons
This is not a problem related to the software but this one is on us as our accounting is set up differently than the system expects. It is just a funny mismatch.

We are able to see updates in real time which allows us to work more efficiently and makes everything run smoother. In short it is just a very handy tool to have.

Our mechanics get more independence now and our vehicle users can leave notes straight from the app which is quite useful and beneficial at the same time.
Cons
It is kind of way too much for a small fleet like ours. Plus we had to ditch our old workflow and had to learn the opposite way of doing things which took some of our time.

The trainer was easy to reach and really helpful when I needed. And the unit info available through the software is very detailed and easy to understand.
Cons
Every time we update the software strange glitches pop up. Not sure if it is our setup or the updates themselves. Well time will tell.
