Cons
It requires too many clicks to get simple stuff done. So I am hoping they will make changes in this specific area.

What is better than having a platform that covers everything we need, from maintenance tasks, purchase requests, inventory control, workforce needs etc. It is like you name it and they have it.
Cons
We are quite new to this app so it looks like a huge step up from the spreadsheets and paper tracking we used before. It is not a con but just an issue from our side.

Pros
MIR RT is very simple to learn and navigate. It is definitely one of the easiest systems I have worked with.
Cons
The web version could use a major upgrade as for now there are quite a few issues I noticed that do not exist in the desktop version.

It is hard to say what feature we like most because the whole setup is just so practical and well rounded. I highly recommend it to everyone!
Cons
There are a lot of tabs and tools to remember. Well it is not a bad thing once we get used to it but it's a lot at first.

I still have to maintain a physical server because it is not web-based. Also it was installed on 32-bit instead of 64-bit which caused some problems.

Mir RT helps me do two major things. Firstly it allows me to get better value out of warranties. And secondly it manages our ambulance fleet in real time without any guesswork.

It lets us match up work orders with the invoices we receive. Plus we can check each unit's repair history without digging through files.
Cons
Difficult to figure out. Also we cannot just drag and drop files. Instead we have to paste links and if they break, we are stuck. And accident reports cannot be tied to work orders and the SAAQ inspection date links to when the order was opened not when the work was done. As this causes a lot of confusion.

We are still new to MIR-RT so for now we cannot say much but so far it has proven to be great for scheduling preventive maintenance without the usual stress.
