Pros
It's a complete software everything from vehicle specs to billing for each unit. It helps us find past work and plan future maintenance easily. Also, It's really simple for me to schedule upcoming maintenance.
Cons
There are a few features we don't really use probably just because we didn't get proper training on them. It's more on us than the software.

The technical service is spot on and quick. They keep the system updated often and the new modules they add are actually useful.
Cons
Whenever we run into a problem, we just call the MIR-RT team and they take care of it right away. Super helpful support.

We like how flexible the system is and using it was not an issue at all thanks to a MIR-RT professional onboarding team.
Cons
We are still waiting for the accounting integration to be set up. Getting the accounting bridge to work has been a lot difficult than we expected.

Pros
The tech support has been awesome and the team is super dedicated to making sure everything is set up properly. They're always available and really listen to what we need.
Cons
I'd say you really need to learn the small features to feel totally comfortable using the system. Once you get the hang of it though, it's fine.

Pros
The different modules help us manage everything from supplies to truck and trailer maintenance. It's all there in one place.
Cons
I wish there was more flexibility between modules like inventory, orders and work orders. For example, it'd be super helpful to adjust inventory right from the order module.

We love how it integrates with Geotab and RDS. Getting rid of the paper RDS was a big plus for us. It saved a ton of time.
Cons
I'd like to be able to work on work orders in more detail directly from the planning tab. That part feels a bit limited.
