“Visual tracking transparency”
Pros
Logistics tracking is the perfect feature for us, along with how clear and accessible the information is. The fast route optimization also gives us a great working base that can then be refined further.
Cons
Geolocation is not optimal. Also, once the routes have been generated the options for modifying them are fairly limited.

Pros
Keeping track of my routes is much easier with it. I can quickly see which parcels have failed, respond fast with my customers and access the courier's details along with the delivery proof.

“Optimized route management”
Pros
What has worked especially well for us is the route optimization tool along with the drivers' mobile app. We were able to customize the platform to our needs for delivery tracking and driver traceability and it handles flow optimization very effectively.
Cons
Only thing we would like is the ability to remove the customer signature module since it does not fit our line of work. Aside from that the tool is a perfect match for our needs.
