“webfleet uploader is fantastic”
Pros
Being able to use the Uploader program to send files directly into Webfleet has been fantastic. It saves time and makes the whole process much more convenient.
Cons
One thing that still needs work is setting the delivery date in the uploader. Right now, I have to change the system date on my computer first and then remember to switch it back afterward.

“works for short-term routing”
Pros
It handled what we needed it to do overall. That said, our use case was only for a short-term routing need. If we end up doing multi-stop deliveries on an ongoing basis, we'd definitely consider using it more regularly.
Cons
I wasn't able to find a simple way to reroute just part of the deliveries and have the rest update automatically afterward.

“Fast mapping from pasted addresses”
Pros
Putting together a list of addresses is simple. Once I paste them into the app, it quickly maps out the most efficient driving route for each stop.
Cons
Haven't run into any problems with the app so far.

“Shows route optimization”
Pros
Route optimization works really well. I also find the import/export features to be conveniently user-friendly.
Cons
Every now and then the optimization process takes a bit longer than I'd prefer but it's too much of an issue.

“Updated maps for delivery directions”
Pros
Getting directions to different venues is quick and the maps stay up to date. That really helps us with managing our deliveries more easily.
Cons
Some streets can be difficult to locate in the software and there are times when turns appear sooner than expected compared with what the map shows.

“route planning made simple”
Pros
The platform is really easy to use and move around in. I can enter addresses, build a route, save it and send it by email to the team without any trouble.
Cons
It took a couple of tries before I figured out how to save my routes properly but the support team was excellent and made sure I never lost any of my information.

“Efficient route planning”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated was being able to upload a list of addresses from our church database and quickly figure out the best route to visit families within the boundaries I had set.
Cons
I didn't notice anything missing. The features available covered everything I needed and let me do exactly what I wanted.

“Google Sheets import with address verification”
Pros
It has been very user-friendly and the recent update made it even better. I absolutely love that it can pull data directly from Google Sheets and other file formats instead of being limited to Excel. It's also simple to customize routes based on exactly what I need. Also I like that they verify and confirm every address.
Cons
We haven't run into any issues at all.

“easy route customization for changing drivers”
Pros
Uploading addresses takes very little effort and the software does a really nice job of helping with the data cleanup that street addresses almost always require. One of the most useful parts for us has been the user-friendly route customization. Since our nonprofit depends on volunteer drivers, the number of routes we need can change from one day to the next and MyRouteOnline makes it simple to optimize everything around those shifting needs. On top of that, it works well for sending routes to drivers and helping them navigate once they are on the road.
Cons
Overall we've been very happy with the software. The one addition that would really help in our specific situation is a way to divide stops unevenly between drivers since our volunteers do not all have the same vehicle capacity or the same amount of time available.

“difficult manual edits”
Pros
It handles a large number of addresses really well and the routes are processed very quickly.
Cons
Making manual adjustments to a route isn't very easy. It would also help to have a column for phone numbers. Also this was odd but I noticed one address was verified one week but not the next.

“suggested routes need reworking”
Pros
Planning routes with this software was very simple even if they were a bit inefficient. It shows the map, calculates the route and then I have to enter the address.
Cons
A problem I faced was that some of the routes it suggested were not actually the fastest so I ended up having to rework the route myself. It also couldn't locate certain addresses on the map and sometimes pointed me to an empty lot instead.

“very simple to learn”
Pros
Figuring out most of the features is pretty simple and the software is generally simple to use and learn.
Cons
Each day we build several routes that all begin at our warehouse but every driver has a different endpoint, usually their home address. The frustrating part is that the system does not let us assign a separate fixed last stop for each individual route. Whenever we make changes to a stop on a driver's route there's a risk the software will rearrange the final stop. Because of that we keep having to update the route and then double-check that the last stop is still set to the driver's home.

“Glitchy printing and deletions”
Pros
Being able to import is a plus and I'm fine with the new format overall. There isn't a huge amount that has changed although I have run into a few problems.
Cons
The new printing setup has been a problem since printing now seems to be available only after clicking on the map. Over the past few weeks and especially with the new format, I've really struggled to delete items after import that I don't want included in the route. The spreadsheet I work from has a few rows that are not actual addresses and because of this problem I believe I may have wasted purchased addresses. I also couldn't get the system to accept the original address at the top even after trying several times and the whole process turned into a mess. I was planning to send an email today since there doesn't seem to be a phone support option.

“route generation with over 95% accuracy”
Pros
Setup took almost no effort. We pasted a column of addresses from a spreadsheet into the system and it accurately recognized more than 95% of them without needing anything else from us. The routes it generated were efficient, simple to follow and it updated them quickly whenever I needed to change the number of drivers.
Cons
There was just one address I couldn't fix although Google Maps also struggled to find that location so it's difficult to really blame the software for that issue.

“uploads work well”
Pros
Their file upload feature works well and the address-cleaning capability is really helpful for getting data into better shape before routing.
Cons
There are still two important features missing. First, it needs to support more than 350 addresses at once. Right now, we have to spend extra time splitting and parsing files to fit that limit and that reduces our optimization potential. Second, it should let us enter shipment weight and piece count separately. Using "order size" to cover both doesn't work well because you can't pull each value independently once the file has been completed.

“cost-efficient routes for deliveries”
Pros
Being in a rural area where houses are pretty spread out, this software really helped me map out the most cost-efficient route. It let me put together two efficient delivery routes for getting packages to my students which was a big help.
Cons
Since I wasn't very familiar with the area I was traveling through, I did notice once I was already on the road that a couple of stops probably could have been arranged better. A few of them seemed like they would have made more sense grouped closer together.

“flexible route planning”
Pros
Entering an address and having the route mapped out is really useful. After building my first route, I realized I could also customize it based on what I already know about the area which made the tool even better.
Cons
Every now and then, the route it generated had us doubling back more than expected. That's when I figured out I could manually adjust the stop order to fix it.
