“re-adjusts when destinations change”
Pros
Their platform is simple to use and adjusts well whenever we change the destinations.
Cons
In the beginning there was a frustrating mixed message about it being free initially and then later requiring payment to use it.

“route order needs manual fixing”
Pros
It clearly flags incorrect addresses and duplicate entries which is very useful in my opinion. It also quickly produces a route but the route order isn't always logical. All I can say is that users should expect to fine-tune routes manually for best results.
Cons
Something that annoyed me is the title box. It rarely lets me type on the first click so I usually have to click two or three times before the cursor appears. The routes can also feel random and sometimes double back instead of following a logical order between the start and end addresses. Because of that I end up manually adjusting every route.

“offers useful import tools”
Pros
The bulk add and import tools are really useful and the email feature is a nice plus. It's also very helpful that I can include expected service times and the route start time so clients have a better idea of when I'll arrive.
Cons
To be honest there's no issues to report of.

“Has a fair price”
Pros
While looking for route planning software, I came across MyRouteOnline by chance and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. I used MS Streets and Trips before so I was frustrated when it was discontinued but MyRouteOnline has been a solid replacement. It's affordable, simple to work with and the support team replies quickly whenever help is needed. We can import our lists, optimize the routes and send our drivers out right away. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
None. I honestly have nothing negative to say about the product.

“easily finds locations”
Pros
The software does a great job finding locations though I sometimes struggle to locate the button itself for my saved routes.
Cons
I'm not a fan of is printing runs because it adds an extra page each time just for wording that isn't actually part of the run. It feels like a waste of paper :)

“convenient address input and stop scheduling”
Pros
It's really convenient to paste in addresses and assign both start times and service times for each stop.
Cons
One thing that's missing is the option to prioritize certain stops, like setting one to be second-to-last or in another exact position when needed. I'm also still not completely clear on how the credits are calculated since there are times when it seems like more credits get used than expected.

“route optimization for large delivery areas”
Pros
When COVID-19 forced our ice cream shop to pivot fast into pickup and delivery this software was a big help. We serve a very large geographic area so being able to optimize routes and split deliveries between drivers is essential when trying to get frozen products to customers before they melt. It works through an app and each driver receives their own assigned route which keeps everything organized. The per-address pricing also feels very fair considering how much time, stress and logistical hassle it saves us.
Cons
Some parts of the process for saving and publishing routes could be simpler. There are some small tweaks I'd love to see there.

“Good for routing and timely planning”
Pros
A few years ago my coworkers and I were searching for a routing tool with a very specific set of needs in mind. Our work has us driving across the county and hitting every appointment window on time is a big part of the job. This software has been easy to use overall (that is until the recent update...) and uploading routes to the Garmin GPS units in our trucks was simple. It also gives us enough notice when a schedule may not line up so we can reach out to customers ahead of time and adjust appointments calmly and professionally instead of scrambling at the last minute.
Cons
The classic version was better than the newer one. The updated version feels more complicated, takes extra clicks and ends up requiring more time to finish the same tasks that were quicker in the classic setup. While the added features in the new version are genuinely impressive they don't make up for the extra frustration of dealing with unnecessary drop-down windows. When time directly affects money, efficiency matters a lot and the newer version just doesn't help in that area.

“gives quick informative results”
Pros
The platform was simple to use and the final results turned out amazing. It would have been even better if I had known how to print both the written version and the map layout at the same time but the information is delivered quickly, stays informative and can be extremely helpful for a lot of companies as well as the traveling public.
Cons
Printing the map and the written version together at the same time was difficult.

“faster routes, better planning”
Pros
Planning my day feels much more efficient with My Route Online than it used to. I just enter my stops and it builds the quickest, most cost-effective route for me.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any major complaints about this software. It has made organizing and routing my day much simpler and a lot more manageable.

“set start and end points anywhere”
Pros
Being able to place the starting and ending points of a route wherever needed is really useful and the route updates accordingly without any hassle.
Cons
The pricing is the part that feels off to me. It seems a little expensive for the number of credits that are included.

“Doesn't require any training”
Pros
There's really no need for any special training to use it. It's very clear cut and self-explanatory. MyRoute also offers a very good cost-benefit balance which makes it efficient for the price.
Cons
At times the suggested routes still need to be adjusted because the system seems to rely on just one factor, such as duration, when building them. I think that has room for improvement.

“affordable weekly planning with import feature”
Pros
Weekly route planning has been pretty easy with this software and the pricing feels very reasonable for what it offers. We just upload our list, set the stipulations we need and the system takes care of the rest. The route generator and import feature have easily been the most useful parts for us.
Cons
Oddly enough the only part that tripped me up was the pricing schedule. Aft first it was just confusing. I ended up selecting a package that was more than we needed before eventually switching to the right one.

“flexible route planning options”
Pros
Entering route details is simple. I really appreciate being able to plan the trip exactly as entered instead of having it automatically changed to the shortest-distance option.
Cons
It's missing the option to avoid interstates or highways when regular streets are available. The guidebook also doesn't clearly explain the differences between the various navigation apps.

“easy Excel imports”
Pros
Adding addresses into the system is pretty easy whether by importing an Excel file or entering them manually. I also appreciate how the software builds the routes and gives useful details and options so adjustments can be made when needed. Having the app available is another plus since it helps me stay updated on the route plan at all times.
Cons
The free version only allows a limited number of addresses to be entered which makes it harder to fully evaluate the software before deciding whether to pay for a plan.

“saves time on rural chipping routes”
Pros
Handling routes with MyRouteOnline has been a big time saver when we need to give directions to our contractor covering large parts of the community for wood and brush chipping work. Since we operate in a rural area where roads and streets are rarely laid out in any neat or predictable pattern, the software does a really good job of organizing everything quickly. Most of the time it figures things out on its own and only once in a while do I need to make small adjustments based on local knowledge the system wouldn't have.
Cons
A few correctly entered addresses have still been rejected and I wasn't able to understand why although the ones that remain highlighted in yellow are usually still recognized. Some routes also seem to treat local roads as connected when they actually are not. On top of that, it takes a bit of time to get comfortable with how the information transfer process works.

Pros
Planning multiple stops feels much less complicated with this because it handles the logistics of mapping destinations and gives me different route options that make each stop more effortless.
