After using MyRouteOnline for 9 years, I've really appreciated how the features keep growing and getting better over time. The customer support has also been excellent, with fast responses and consistently helpful assistance whenever needed.

Cons

I'm very happy with the product overall but if I had to point out one downside, it would be the learning curve involved in getting the most out of the program for our organization.

The software is very accessible and interactive. It lets me adjust routes without any hassle and save them to use again later. Logging in online is fast too and it takes me straight back to where I left off.

Cons

I only have a minor thing to suggest. Right now the font looks a little small when entering data and though that can be changed in the browser if needed I think it should just be like that generally without needing adjustment from the user.

Handling 800-900 home visits a month would be a lot harder without MRO. It has taken a big load off our team and made the whole job much more manageable so it's been a real lifesaver for us.

Cons

An issue I've run into is with certain gated communities. From time to time, the system routes us in and out of the same neighborhood but once we're inside a gated area, the best workaround is to finish every delivery there before heading out.

Route planning with this software has been one of the best choices for our team. It makes organizing routes easy and has noticeably improved our efficiency. On top of that the customer service is outstanding. They consistently go the extra mile whenever we have questions or run into any concerns.

Cons

If I had to point out one small problem it would be that when working with a large number of addresses the route planning can sometimes take a bit longer to load.

With this tool, routing has been quick and accurate and it has really reduced my travel time. Jobs that would usually take me two full days to sort out are now done in about half a day which has made a huge difference. I absolutely love using it.

Honestly there's nothing about the service that I dislike. Setup was simple and arranging everything from my Excel sheet has worked out really well.

Entering data is simple even when I am uploading a mixed-up list of delivery addresses. Overall I just appreciate how uncomplicated the software is.

At first I didn't like that I couldn't find the section I had assigned to a column, like the number of boxes. Turns out I just had to learn how that worked. Everything is fine now.

Pros

Planning routes works well and I appreciate that it shows stop times, lunch breaks and similar details. Adjusting the stops is also simple so it's possible to revise the route until I get the result I want. But I have to add that while the optimizer provides a useful starting point and saves time overall it isn't fully reliable at scale. Manual review is still needed for large routes.

Cons

The built-in optimizer needs work. On several routes it arranged stops in a way that caused drivers to backtrack so I had to correct those manually before the planner could optimize things better from there. When starting with 200+ addresses it becomes pretty tiresome to review each one and reorganize them. That being said the initial routing did save a good amount of time.

It's been really convenient being able to upload GEO codes and have them converted into addresses for verification. Another feature I appreciate is the ability to drag and rearrange addresses however I want when planning my route.

Cons

Printing the map directly from the screen hasn't worked for me. I've had to rely on the snipping tool to capture what I need and while that works well enough, I do wish there were a simpler way to do it.

Working as a private process server means I sometimes have to cover 20 to 30 addresses in a single day. If I needed to type in every stop and map out the route on my own, it would eat up hours. In this line of work, timing really matters for proper service and MyRouteOnline takes that pressure off by letting me enter the addresses, building the route for me and guiding me to each stop. Once I finish at one location, I just hit next and move on.

The connection between the app and email could still use some improvement especially when it comes to the planning side of things.

My husband was teaching his second grade class remotely and over Christmas break he wanted to personally drop off a goodie bag at each student's home. We needed the most efficient route to cover the whole class and this tool handled it perfectly.

We didn't run into any drawbacks at all when using this product.
