Covering large driving routes takes a lot less time with this program and that has been the biggest benefit for my company. Non-billable time can really hurt any business so having software that cuts down so much of it makes a real difference. On some days, it saves us a couple of hours just by arranging stops in the right order and helping everything flow better. Really well done.

MyRouteOnline worked really well for our sales team. The reps picked it up quickly and ended up using it every day without any trouble. The way it organized our accounts helped cut labor and vehicle costs and it also saved us a lot of valuable time when it came to winning new accounts and keeping up with existing ones. On top of that, their customer service has been outstanding.

One of the biggest reasons I've stuck with this product is the outstanding customer service. Even with a few flaws, the support team consistently makes the experience worthwhile. It really feels like the software has a lot of potential even if it still seems to be in an early stage. I do miss being able to click an address in my email and have it open directly on a map. That used to work and then suddenly stopped. Still, the customer service has remained excellent and that kind of support is incredibly valuable.

Cons

Some flaws are present in it including a feature that used to allow clicking an address in email to open in a map which have stopped working.

While searching for new homes we needed a better way to organize all the places we wanted to check out. I saved every address, entered them into this tool and it mapped out the simplest route for our drive-by visits. It was very simple to use and helped us get through our search much faster.

Covering busy city areas has become much more manageable with this software. I typically stop at around 20 locations a day and honestly I wouldn't be able to keep up that pace without it. It generates the route for me, then I send it to my phone by email. From there, I just open the email and tap the address which automatically opens in Google Maps. It makes the whole process fast and convenient.

Cons

I can't recall any setbacks about it.

During a Boy Scout fundraising event, the software performed exactly as we needed. We only needed it for one month so we canceled the second PayPal payment without any trouble. We'll definitely be happy to use the tool again next year.

It's easy to use and also very cost-effective. We used to rely entirely on our self-employed drivers to tell us their hours and mileage but now we have a dependable way to verify exactly what they're doing, where they are, how long the job should take and when they're expected to arrive. So they know we can keep track of things and their invoices have dropped quite a bit. Thanks again and please keep up the good work.

After we brought on a new driver who didn't know the area at all we started comparing different companies to help manage our route. We chose this one and it turned out to be a really good decision. The routing tools made our route far more organized, simplified and efficient. On top of that the customer service has been excellent. They respond quickly anytime a question comes up.

Using this program has been a real win. It's very user-friendly and the biggest advantage is how many route options and setup variations it gives us. It's absolutely worth every penny. If you spend your whole day in the car and are constantly driving to new places, I honestly don't think there's a better fit than this software.
