What Is SISMETRO?
SISMETRO software is a cloud-based Fleet Management platform that manages vehicle and equipment records, asset trees, movements and lifecycle metrics while synchronizing asset data with enterprise systems. It controls maintenance activities through work orders, preventive scheduling, certification tracking, and field checklists to keep fleets operational. SISMETRO Features
SISMETRO manages asset identifications including QR codes, laser engraving, adhesive plates, RFID tags, and maintains a catalog with photos and technical specifications. It tracks asset movements between departments and builds hierarchical asset trees to manage equipment inventories.
The software controls preventive and corrective work orders, issues service requests, tracks technician assignments, and schedules maintenance based on hours worked or usage. It provides checklists, record of services, time worked, and service history per asset.
The platform monitors asset geolocation, variables like fuel level, oil pressure, environmental metrics and hour meters via IoT devices. It issues alerts when control thresholds are exceeded and triggers automatic service plans based on usage or sensor readings.
The system manages calibration of instruments, control of metrology certificates, and submits calibration schedules and compliance records. It tracks calibration history, certificate renewals, and maintains technical specifications related to measurement equipment.
