“Excellent software”
Pros
Compared to my previous experience with a HIPAA compliance company, It's a huge improvement. The platform is way more user-friendly. It's intuitive and easy to use. Even better, it provides clear guidance on the remediation process. It takes something really complicated and breaks it down into simple steps that anyone can follow. The software even created a full set of functioning policies and procedures which had been a huge struggle for us in the past. The best part? The amazing customer service we've received.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints about the software itself. If I did, it would probably be about HIPAA and it's just so complex and creates a lot of extra work for systems without offering a lot of obvious benefit to consumers, at least in my opinion.

“CyberCompass and InTrilogy is a dynamic duo”
Pros
The ease of use, functionality and security approach really make it stand out.
Cons
It would be awesome if they offered a PCI component. Also, a more universal security feature would be great and something that could be used across any business, not just ones that have to comply with standards like HIPAA, NIST, GDPR, etc.
