Risk Warden Features
Incident Management
Users can capture, track, and analyze incidents with full context—reporting person, evidence (documents, images, video), injured or witness statements, plus detailed notes. This level of granularity enables teams to respond effectively while maintaining a clear audit trail for compliance and investigative purposes.
Asset Tagging with QR Codes
This feature enables users to assign QR-coded labels to assets for instant identification and hazard reporting. Printed labels link assets to records, and a mobile app (offline-capable) enables onsite tagging. Guests can scan to view asset details, making it ideal for maintenance workflows and transparent record-keeping.
Custom Fields & Automated PPM Analytics
The software defines custom fields per asset type, collates details—like fire door specs—and auto-fill from assessment responses. It includes a PPM analytics dashboard and built-in reports, providing property teams with brief insights into maintenance schedules and compliance health.
MultiTier Supply Chain Management
The platform configures multi-level supply chain hierarchies, pushing tasks through tiers—from end customer to subcontractor—with visibility maintained at each level. It ensures control and accountability across outsourced work, even if intermediate organizations lack active subscriptions.
OfflineCapable Mobile Risk Assessment App
The software offers a free iOS/Android app to conduct risk assessments off-grid—and capture voice-to-text notes, photos, and evidence offline. It syncs seamlessly when back online, ensuring field teams stay productive without dependence on internet connectivity.

“Meets our requirements”
Pros
We use Risk Warden for completing various types of fire risk assessments across a range of properties and clients. It allows us to do the assessments offline on-site, then have them reviewed and externally validated as part of our management process. It is part of our BAFE SP205 third-party certification process which gets externally audited every six months. The external validator is given temporary access to review the process. Though it is a complicated procedure but this tool makes it simple.
Cons
Over the years of using it we come across some functional issues related to our clients expectations of the data format they could access. However thanks to the feedback from us and other users it has made improvements with their software updates. Now with Release 3.3.0, we are very happy with the results.
