Pros

It's super reliable and most people find it easy to get the hang of. Plus, the reporting and automation features are surprisingly powerful.

Cons

Mobile platform could really use some improvements. Also it seems to take a long time for them to roll out new features and integrations.

brilliantly integrated analytics powerhouse

Pros

I'm thoroughly impressed with how seamlessly it integrates with Claims Enterprise, it feels like a native extension of the system. On top of that, its capacity for deep analytics is truly powerful, giving us insights we never had before

Admin side isn't friendly

Pros

The interface is simple. The Cognos tools look like they have a lot of potential though I have to admit I haven't had much time to really dive into them yet.

Cons

The administration side feels much more difficult and time-consuming than our previous system.
