“Would strongly recommend”
Pros
From day one, it has felt very user-friendly. The direct Snowflake connection is a huge plus since all the tables are already available in Sigma which saves us a lot of time and effort. Creating joins and managing maintenance is very simple as well. I moved over to Sigma because it feels far more user-friendly than Tableau which was much more complicated to work with. Once we connected everything, migrating our dashboards was simple. I'd absolutely recommend it and would rate it a 10.
Cons
Nothing stands out as an issue.

“Works directly with Snowflake”
Pros
it works directly on top of Snowflake without having to extract the data. The input tables are also a big plus since they give the business a really useful bridge from Excel into a much better tool.
Cons
It moves at such a fast pace with new features that it can sometimes create disruptions in production workbooks when bugs show up.

“Exceptional BI tool”
Pros
It feels like much more than a standard BI tool. We really appreciate that it works more like a workflow platform than just a place to look at dashboards and reports.
Cons
There is not much to complain about. If anything, they are growing quickly and just need to keep developing faster, especially with so many AI SaaS competitors moving fast.

Pros
The input table setup really solved things for the end user and made the process much more practical.
Cons
Sorting capability is limited and input tables also require write-back access to work properly.

“Sleek UI”
Pros
It's polished UI made the whole experience more enjoyable to use. The no-code capabilities have been incredibly valuable, especially when I need to work through difficult coding challenges in Snowflake without getting stuck in the technical side. The filtering is also very convenient and helps me manage data efficiently. It's an excellent fit for quick, practical visualizations and fast validation work on large datasets. On top of that, getting everything set up initially was very simple which made a strong first impression.
Cons
The chart selection feels a bit limited, especially when it comes to options like histograms.

“Valuable AI integration”
Pros
The best things about it is it's AI integration and how simple it is to connect it to my database and start querying right away. I can even configure an AI agent to answer questions about my company's incentive plan which has been really helpful for managing time and resources more effectively and making sure everyone stays aligned on the business strategy. The fact that it's a no-code platform is a huge plus too since I was able to build dashboards without any SQL knowledge which makes it very accessible.
Cons
Setting up dashboard filters can be frustrating at times. Pivot table management could also be improved and there's currently no way to highlight rows.

“well-organized dashboards”
Pros
dashboards feel clean and well organized which makes building visualizations simple. The predictive analytics feature is a big plus and it connects without much trouble to a variety of data sources. It helps me create visualizations quickly and the interactive charts make the data more useful and engaging. Being able to link up with different data sources is something I really appreciate.
Cons
Every now and then, I run into errors with certain code after updates and I've had a few update-related problems in general. I've also noticed the platform can start to slow down when I'm working with larger datasets.

“Familiar spreadsheet-style layout”
Pros
Coming from Excel, the spreadsheet-style layout felt familiar right away so I didn't need any real database background to get started. I was able to build prototypes quickly and see how the tables would look using actual names and numbers which made everything much more practical. Another thing I really enjoy is how quickly I can explore the data. When I'm looking at a chart, I can drill all the way down to the smallest level without any hassle.
Cons
A few parts feel limited visually, the learning curve is fairly short and the mobile version could be more user-friendly.

“Simple to integrate”
Pros
Integrating it has been really simple, whether through iframes or the SDK and it saves a lot of time since you don't have to build everything from the ground up. You can just bring it's capabilities directly into your app. The custom plugins are also a big plus and it's especially useful that users can update data right in the UI and have those changes written back to the data store without having to create the full API and backend workflow yourself.
Cons
At times, getting the Sigma panel to match the exact look and feel of the rest of the application can be challenging. The styling controls feel a bit limited.

“Capable visualization tool”
Pros
Something that really stands out is how excellent the dashboards are for presenting data and setting up the data source is very simple. There's also a huge amount of data it can work with and it handles large volumes without any trouble. On top of that, it gives a lot of flexibility when visualizing multiple metrics and the built-in data storage solutions are something I really appreciate.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues with this software. It feels user-friendly and very powerful and the user interface is excellent. The visualizations are simple and the overall usability is very approachable. Its flexibility when choosing data also makes it a very capable visualization tool.

“Connects with a huge range of data sources”
Pros
It connects with a wide range of data sources without much hassle and the dashboard tools feel very user-friendly to use. One thing I especially appreciate is the platform's smart architecture, along with how quickly it can generate reports. It also comes packed with a lot of useful features.
Cons
It's a very solution-focused platform and I'm quite happy with the features it offers. The tool also makes it possible to connect to a broad variety of data sources. There are no drawbacks.

“makes complex data easier to understand”
Pros
Amazing how it makes complex data much easier to understand by allowing users to explore it in real time. The interface feels user-friendly which helps me locate and access information quickly without wasting time. I also appreciate how simple it is to share information, making it much easier to keep metrics aligned and consistent across the team.
Cons
This has been an excellent application to work with. Up to this point, I really haven't run into any major issues, honestly, there's nothing about it that I dislike. It's a powerful analytics platform and has been a very positive experience to use.

“Boosted our productivity”
Pros
Starting from a solid base report, I can tailor everything to fit exactly what I need which is one of the biggest advantages for me. It comes with plenty of export options, feels very simple to use and the functions are much clearer now. The overall flexibility of the system has also improved a lot, making it even more useful in day-to-day work.
Cons
It has honestly gone beyond what I expected, both in how simple it is to work with and how much productivity my team has gained from it. I really do not have any complaints at this point, I'm very satisfied with its data visualization and data manipulation features.

“Helps with data-driven decision-making”
Pros
It gives us broad data connectivity that really helps with data-driven decision-making. It can generate reports in multiple formats and works well with a variety of data sources. The visualization features are also very strong, making the data much easier to understand and helping uncover useful insights quickly.
Cons
When handling very large datasets, the platform can slow down and getting comfortable with it takes some time. It would benefit from having more step-by-step tutorials. There are also moments when certain reports take a bit longer than expected to load.

“Automates tasks”
Pros
API is quite handy and this tool lets us automate a lot of work I used to handle manually. The speed is also a huge plus because it loads much faster than Power BI which used to freeze my browser all the time. Embedding has been reliable too and being able to tweak the CSS makes it much easier to get the look we want. Pricing is also simple, you pay the bill and know exactly what you're getting, unlike other tools that come with surprise costs.
Cons
Whenever we upgrade to a new version something seems to break. Older dashboards will suddenly stop working or turn buggy and I end up staying late to patch everything up. The documentation can be pretty bad too and sometimes the instructions are simply wrong. The data model view feels complex which makes it harder than it should be to understand how tables are connected. Support is decent but they usually ask for a mountain of logs before they actually start helping.

“scales well”
Pros
Working with large datasets in real time feels much more manageable with it because I don't have to worry about infrastructure or spend time tuning performance. As queries become more demanding, it scales automatically so the platform stays quick and responsive even as data volume increases. That makes it easier to concentrate on finding insights instead of dealing with compute management and the overall analytics workflow feels more reliable, efficient and practical for day-to-day decision-making.
Cons
pricing can sometimes be hard to predict, especially for teams that run frequent or resource-heavy queries without strict usage controls in place. Since compute scales on its own, it isn't always obvious how certain actions affect overall spend which can make budgeting more difficult than it should be. On top of that, visibility into detailed compute usage is somewhat limited so reducing or optimizing costs usually takes extra monitoring and a bit of trial and error.

“Beginner-friendly solution”
Pros
I love how approachable it makes advanced technology. It takes a lot of the intimidation out of high-level data work so you do not need to be some kind of coding expert to get real value from it. The spreadsheet-style interface is a big win for me because it feels very similar to Excel and that familiarity matters a lot. Most business users already understand formulas, pivot tables and filters so they can jump in without needing weeks of training. Another major advantage is the live connection to data warehouses which means there is no need to export data just to work with it. Being able to run SQL queries against real-time data is incredibly useful. On top of that, it feels very beginner-friendly and comfortable to use so getting started and setting everything up is pretty painless. Altogether, it makes the platform both accessible and powerful, especially for people who are not deeply technical.
Cons
I have run into some performance slowdowns with more complex workbooks and the visual customization options can feel a bit limited. When the connected warehouse is slow or when a Sigma workbook includes a lot of joins and calculated columns, loading times can drag and you end up staring at spinners. It can also be frustrating if you want very precise control over chart design. Things like exact border thickness, custom color gradients or more unique chart types are not as flexible as I would like.

“Brilliant AI features”
Pros
Typing requests in plain English and getting a chart back has been a big win for us. The AI also picked up on a few trends which is really all we need for our use case. I was honestly surprised when it connected to our AWS Redshift database on the first try instead of turning into a total mess. Another huge plus is that people on the non-technical side of the company can use it without much trouble so I'm not constantly getting pulled into reporting questions anymore.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost, it's incredibly expensive and the bill keeps climbing the more we actually use it. The visualizations it produces are also pretty basic-looking and performance gets a bit sluggish once you try anything moderately complex. My most frustrating issue though, is that it refuses to recognize formulas I build into reports, even when the syntax is correct and that gets irritating fast.

“Clear charts”
Pros
my metrics are displayed clearly in organized charts and I can also compare my progress with other team members without any confusion.
Cons
There is a delay in metric updates. I really wish the data refreshed more often because sometimes it takes more than 12 hours before anything new shows up.
