“Fast dashboard creation”
Pros
Using the spreadsheet-style interface, I can build dashboards quickly and respond to ad-hoc business questions without much effort.
Cons
When I'm working with very large datasets some dashboards can take a little longer to load.

“Top-tier UX”
Pros
It's biggest advantage is the UI/UX. It's the first BI platform I've used that genuinely feels like working in a spreadsheet while still scaling with a cloud warehouse. Since it stays live-connected to Snowflake, there's no waiting around for extracts and no concern about reports going stale. Performance is basically as fast as the warehouse itself. The integrations also work really well, whether I'm writing data back to the database or embedding analytics into client portals without needing a huge engineering effort.
Cons
What stands out most is how quickly the value shows up because onboarding is incredibly fast. I can take a client who only knows Excel and get them building advanced pivots within an afternoon. The AI features have also been a pleasant surprise, especially AI Forecast and the natural language formulas which remove a lot of the guesswork from trend analysis. Another unexpected plus has been Input Tables which finally fixed the issue of letting users comment on or update data without leaving the dashboard. It has made our once-static reports feel truly interactive. I haven't noticed any downsides.

“Simplest BI I've ever used”
Pros
Working with it has honestly been the most simple BI experience I've had. It has the familiarity of a spreadsheet but it's connected directly to live Snowflake data so there's no dealing with extracts or outdated numbers. Connecting it to Snowflake is really simple as well and the support for key pair authentication or OAuth makes the setup both fast and secure. We use it across all kinds of needs, client project dashboards, migration tracking and internal trackers and it handles each of those without creating extra work. It's also approachable for non-technical users since people can get started quickly without needing SQL. Overall, it makes day-to-day reporting a lot easier for me.
Cons
Performance can slow down a little once a workbook becomes more complex, especially when there are lots of elements or larger datasets involved. A few of the more advanced features also aren't immediately obvious so there's a bit of trial and error when learning them on your own. It's not a major issue but the experience in those areas could definitely be a bit more polished.

“quick access to info”
Pros
Getting to important information right away has been one of the best parts of using it. It helps me quickly verify processes and check account details without wasting time. The way the platform displays information is really well done and the worksheets stand out because they're both useful and customizable to fit what I need. Being able to apply filters instantly is another big plus since it speeds things up and helps me make decisions that match company requirements. The setup was also very simple, I just signed in with my company credentials and it was ready to use. Overall, it has worked reliably for me and the interface is user-friendly enough that getting comfortable with it doesn't take long.
Cons
Up to this point, everything has been working well for me so I really don't have any complaints.

“Outstanding data visualization platform”
Pros
Working directly in the dashboards to analyze data has been one of my favorite parts of using it. Its ability to turn raw data into useful information is impressive. It also makes pulling large datasets much simpler and provides strong data modeling capabilities. On top of that, it does an outstanding job with data transformation and downloading reports is very convenient.
Cons
it's an excellent data visualization platform that makes it possible to bring together data from multiple sources. I can get to the information I need quickly and even query the databases directly.

“Constant new features”
Pros
They're constantly rolling out new features which makes the platform feel like it keeps improving. The integration with Snowflake is smooth and works really well.
Cons
Custom plug-ins don't work universally across the platform and the visualization options could use a wider variety of chart types.

“Extensive feature set”
Pros
Using it has been a really positive experience because it's quick and simple which makes working with dashboards much more efficient. The feature set is also really useful, especially the write-back functionality that lets me communicate directly with my database. Being able to interact with consumers while writing data back adds a lot of value too. On top of that, getting everything set up initially was fairly smooth.
Cons
At times, joins can take a while to load.

“zero lag”
Pros
I like that my data stays directly connected so there's no need to refresh anything and there's absolutely no lag. Getting everything set up at the beginning was also easy and felt very simple.
Cons
The one area where it could be better is SharePoint integration. I'd really like to see that included.

“Uncomplicated setup”
Pros
Getting started with it was very simple and the platform feels accessible overall. The initial setup was simple too which was a big advantage for me.
Cons
Sankey charts feel limited since there isn't an option to assign colors based on each stage value.

“Innovative solution”
Pros
It feels nimble, advanced, dynamic and genuinely innovative. One of the biggest benefits is how well it scales as our business grows and getting everything set up at the beginning was simple.
Cons
I'd like to see better compatibility with RDS databases such as PostgreSQL.

“Tidy interface”
Pros
This tool has a clean interface that makes it simple to understand and use, even for someone without a technical background. I also really appreciate how fast it works overall since I rarely have to struggle with the UI. Getting started was uncomplicated and the setup process was pretty simple too. Because the interface feels clear and not overly technical, the whole experience has been very positive.
Cons
Sometimes it can be a little slow to load and may lag slightly. It also takes a while when connected to the database. There's definitely room to improve the speed.

“Reusable universal metrics”
Pros
Creating universal metrics in it is simple and once they're endorsed, they can be reused across the business without much effort.
Cons
If you're not familiar with all of its features, there's a good chance you won't be taking full advantage of everything it offers.

“Satisfied with the performance”
Pros
After using it for the past year, it has been really solid for Snowflake query pushback and its write-back capability. We're happy with how it performs and are planning to go all in on it for our BI reporting.
Cons
The input tables are a very nice feature but they still feel a bit immature at this stage.

“Feels approachable”
Pros
Coming from someone who works with data but isn't a data analyst, it feels very approachable. It lets me bring in data and work with it in fairly complex ways without needing to write code. The input tables and calculated fields are especially helpful and I really appreciate being able to connect data through specific columns. I can pull information from multiple sources and add new data to explore or answer particular questions. Even as someone who is still new to Sigma, it has been very easy to get started with.
Cons
Since I'm still very new to it, I can't get too specific yet but I would really appreciate clearer guidance on which online training sessions are best for different use cases. As a new user, having a more defined enablement path or a set of classes to follow would also be very helpful.

“Support stands out”
Pros
One of the best parts is the strong support, along with features like write-back and the ability to perform well even on top of millions of records.
Cons
I haven't run into any real issues since everything works very well. The only thing that could be improved is making the action mechanism a bit less complex.

“Responsive support team”
Pros
I really appreciate being able to enter data and let users interact with it. On top of that, their support team is excellent and does a fantastic job of explaining clearly what's possible and what isn't.
Cons
Since they're a smaller company, they don't have every feature available yet but they're moving fast and continuing to develop quickly.

“Smooth Snowflake integration”
Pros
input tables and actions make it possible to build out business workflows. Having those processes run in one platform while keeping all the data in the warehouse is a big advantage, especially for connecting systems that used to be siloed. Getting it up and running was simple at the start and the Snowflake integration was fairly simple too.
Cons
The current set of native visualizations is still somewhat limited and a few of them feel too constrained. For instance, you can't apply a trellis layout to a box plot.

“visually appealing interface”
Pros
It's interface and visual design are a big plus for our team because leaderboards and charts make the data far more engaging than plain tables. It gives non-technical users a much easier way to track performance and spot outliers or inconsistencies. The support chat has also been excellent and is something we rely on often and the initial setup was fairly simple and quick to learn overall.
Cons
Handling a large number of lookups and joins can become more complicated than it should be. On top of that, the SQL Sigma generates is not always as efficient or high-performing as it could be.
