What Is SureCloud?

SureCloud is a cloud-based Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform that connects compliance management, risk management, third-party risk management, internal audit, data privacy and business continuity in one platform. Rather than functioning as a simple chatbot or search tool, its AI layer, Gracie, acts as a virtual GRC team that performs tasks across risk, compliance, audit, privacy and third-party risk.

It can generate reports, analyze GRC data, support risk assessments, and bring together perspectives across different domains.

What Is SureCloud Best For?

SureCloud’s standout feature is ‘Gracie AI’, which can generate audit-ready reports, run relevant tests, support risk assessments, and answer cross-domain questions. Rather than simply searching or summarizing GRC data for a human to act on, Gracie can reason across risks, controls, vendors, and compliance obligations and execute tasks within governed workflows.

How Much Does SureCloud Cost?

SureCloud pricing typically falls between $25,000 and $150,000/year, based on its requirement-based licensing model and benchmarks for mid-market and enterprise GRC platforms with modular risk, compliance, audit, third-party risk, privacy, resilience, and continuous monitoring capabilities.

SureCloud Use Cases

Based on our analysis of SureCloud's capabilities, we have identified key scenarios where the platform is commonly used:

1. Managing GDPR Compliance Across Systems

Large organizations may struggle with GDPR data spread across multiple systems and spreadsheets. SureCloud’s GDPR Compliance Software Suite brings these processes into one platform, with real-time risk, incident, and compliance management through a single dashboard.

2. Enterprise-Wide Risk Management

Organizations managing different types of risk across departments may rely on inconsistent spreadsheets and emails, making risk information difficult to monitor. SureCloud’s Risk Management solution provides a centralized view of risks across divisions, functions, and geographies. Real-time dashboards and configurable risk frameworks help teams assess likelihood, impact, and overall exposure in one system.

3. Managing GRC Across Global Operations

A global business with region-specific GRC processes may struggle to combine local risk and compliance data into one enterprise view. SureCloud’s integrated GRC platform brings together Risk Management, Compliance Management, Third Party Risk Management, and Data Privacy. Regional processes can be managed while data is aggregated into a global view of risks and compliance.

SureCloud Features

Compliance Management

Controls can be mapped once and reused across multiple regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA, GDPR, NIST CSF 2.0, and more), reducing the duplicate work of rebuilding the same controls from scratch for every standard. Automated evidence collection pulls from an organization's preferred tools rather than requiring evidence to be manually gathered from shared drives, and controls can be tested for both design adequacy and operational effectiveness rather than assumed to be working.

Risk Management

IT, cyber, operational, and enterprise risks are tracked in one place using recognized methodologies like ISO 31000 and ISO 27005, rather than being reconciled across departments before every board meeting. Incidents can be logged and linked directly to the risks they relate to, closing the loop between what happened and how it affects an organization's overall risk posture. Gracie AI can analyze risk, control, and compliance data together, surfacing risk trends, emerging patterns, and mitigation priorities.

Third-Party Risk Management

Vendor assessments are distributed and completed through secure links, with every onboarding following the same consistent, auditable process regardless of who initiates it. Vendors can be tiered by criticality and business importance rather than treated uniformly, while Gracie AI can identify which suppliers carry the greatest exposure or inform offboarding decisions by reasoning across vendor, risk, and control data together.

Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM)

Controls are tested continuously against connected cloud, security, identity, and enterprise tools rather than checked only at scheduled audit intervals. As a result, if a control fails in practice, it is flagged in real time instead of surfacing months later during a periodic review. Evidence collection is automated from an organization's preferred data storage solutions rather than gathered manually, and a no-code interface lets teams build custom rules and tests without developer support.

Data Privacy Management

SureCloud centralizes processing activities, breach management, and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) through consistent, repeatable workflows. Privacy obligations can also connect directly to risk registers and control frameworks, while Gracie tracks how changes to privacy controls or projects affect the overall risk posture.

“Responsive support”

Pros

Right from the design and implementation stages, the platform can be adapted to fit a company's specific requirements which makes it very practical. The support team is also consistently responsive and helpful whenever any issues come up.

Cons

One challenge is that after rollout, you start noticing smaller areas you'd want to adjust further to better match your company's needs and finding the time to make those changes can feel a bit overwhelming. There are also a few places where responsiveness could be better especially when deleting or removing forms.
