outstanding support from day one, reporting can be challenging

Pros

The Wilbur team's support has been outstanding from day one. They've been attentive, helpful and always quick to respond. Even though we were just a startup without a high volume of claims, they treated us as a long-term partner and helped us work through our early challenges.

Cons

We've found the reporting to be a bit inflexible at times which has presented some challenges for us.

Simple and adaptable with fantastic support

Pros

The system is incredibly simple and easy to use. It's adaptable and super easy to set up, ya know? Oh and the support team is fantastic, they're highly experienced and Wilbur has been able to handle everything we need for managing claims.

Cons

It's hard to find anything to dislike. My only small frustration is that the standard setup is mainly focused on motor and property claims so it took a little work to adapt it for our specific needs.
