“Broken reports and poor support”
Pros
The idea behind having centralized, automated reporting across booking channels is exactly what we were looking for. If it actually worked the way it's supposed to, it could save us a lot of admin time.
Cons
The automated monthly reports are not functioning properly. The Booking.com numbers are wrong every single time so we end up having to fix them manually. We've tried multiple times to get this resolved but nothing has changed. The support team has promised call-backs that never happened and instead we just receive emails that don't solve the problem. On top of that, communication from our customer success manager has been nearly absent for months.

Pros
From day to day, it's been a practical way to keep everything organized. I mostly rely on it to centralize bookings, coordinate cleaners and cleaning schedules, automate guest messaging and make the check-in/check-out process more efficient.
Cons
Between the upfront annual fee and the monthly charges, it feels pretty excessive. It also seems like smaller hosts end up paying more for the subscription than enterprise users which doesn't make much sense. On top of that, there are occasional syncing issues.

“solid value for money”
Pros
Managing rentals and guest communication became much more simple with this software and it helped organize the whole process from beginning to end. It also offers really solid value for the price.
Cons
The toughest part was getting used to a new system and dealing with the learning curve that came with it. We also had to work through a few bugs along the way and make sure nothing in the setup interfered with bookings.
