“Has been a gamechanger”

Pros

Running a vacation rental property management company in Maui, I can honestly say this tool has been life-changing for my business. I came across it more than six years ago and the difference it has made has been incredible. Their team works directly with you to review your existing setup with another channel manager, then handles the full transition, including listings, calendars, message rules, locks and more. After that, they walk through everything with you on a live call so you can launch together. Because of that hands-on process, switching over feels incredibly smooth and there's barely any downtime at all. It's an outstanding product with truly unmatched customer support and a team that takes an all-in approach. Less stress, more getting things done. I would absolutely recommend their affordable service to any host. Host Tools has genuinely made me a better host.

“Most affordable option out there”

Pros

Managing my listings across multiple platforms with it has been the most affordable and convenient option I've used. The calendar syncing, automatic pricing updates, message templates with auto-scheduling, webhook automation, door code setup and AI-generated responses all work really well and save me a lot of time and effort.

Cons

I'd still love to see a single place to handle photos, amenities, descriptions and similar listing details. Having to update those separately on each hosting platform is frustrating and it feels like Host Tools could really solve that for me.

“Vast range of integrations”

Pros

It gives excellent value considering how many tools and integrations are included. The support team is also incredibly responsive which I really appreciate. On top of that, they keep rolling out new features that genuinely improve the product instead of just adding extras for the sake of it.

Cons

It's helpful for handling the essentials but when I need to make larger changes, I still have to sign in on my computer. It usually isn't a major issue and honestly that's about the only downside I've noticed with an otherwise outstanding tool.
