Sometimes PTO isn't properly managed by the HR admin and I wish the director were required to validate or confirm time off, that should be mandatory since HR admins can sometimes forget.

It is simple to navigate and updates instantly. When I change my direct deposit or submit time off requests, I can see the updates right away. Downloading pay stubs and end of year documents is quick and easy.

I'd love to have a way to set a standing lunch break for my daily shift instead of adding it manually each day in the timesheet section.

The only issue I have with this tool is how PTO balances are calculated. The main screen doesn't always match the timesheet screen and I wish it could forecast PTO more accurately based on accruals and planned time off. Otherwise, everything's great.
