Convenient pay and PTO management

Pros

The platform makes it easy for me to access pay stubs, check PTO and request time off whenever I need.

Improved website with faster resolutions

Pros

The website has improved a lot over the past few years. Viewing check stubs, PTO and benefits is much easier now and I love that any issues are quickly resolved by their team.

Cons

Although it is great but I noticed that website had some flaws in the beginning but it's been improved significantly since then.

Smooth dashboard & responsive support

Pros

I really enjoy how smooth the dashboard feels, everything I need is just a few clicks away and support is always responsive.

Cons

The only small downside is setting up PTO, it can be tricky to find the drop down menus at first, though it's easier once I've done it before.

well-supported benefits hub

Pros

Having retirement and benefits information in one portal keeps everything simple. Whenever I've needed help, my assigned rep has been quick and supportive.

Cons

I haven't had any major issues and anything that did come up was quickly resolved through my rep. The only thing that can be confusing is how benefit statements are displayed during open enrollment.

Quick and convenient for key tasks

Pros

Requesting time off, finishing training and checking benefits are all quick and convenient for me.

Cons

My only issue is that the site sometimes times out too quickly and can be a little slow to load pages.

simple daily HR use

Pros

Using this tool every day for both management and employee tasks makes work so much easier. For me it's simple to navigate and dependable.

Cons

I think it would be nice to have someone on site for private HR discussions, though the Amplify reps are always responsive by phone or email.

Professional and supportive HR team

Pros

This tool has been a great resource for my company. The portal works well and their team, whether by email or phone, is always professional and supportive.

Cons

In the past, the portal was a bit clunky and hard to navigate but once I got familiar with it and after updates it's been much smoother.
