Our small company benefits so much from this tool. I can manage time off, access past tax forms, view paystubs and handle benefits all in one place. When I needed help with medical insurance, our rep fixed it with a single email.

It took me a little while to learn how to request time off but once I figured it out, the process worked smoothly.

Right from the start, Ive loved being able to pull up every single paycheck directly in the platform. It's one less thing to worry about everything is just right there when I need it which makes life so much easier.

Working with this tool has been a great experience for me. Every department I've dealt with has been professional and helpful. Transitioning to a new PEO was smooth and I always feel supported. The dashboard gives me full visibility into time and labor data and I'm in the system several times a day. I've already recommended it to others because it's that good.

Whenever we've had questions, someone from their team responds quickly and makes sure everything stays on track.

The user portal could be more simple. The PTO dashboard, in particular is confusing to read and doesn't always display upcoming requests clearly. I also wish it were easier to switch between employee and supervisor views.

Being part of a small team, I appreciate having all the HR functions larger companies enjoy. Implementation was easy, payroll reporting is simple and we even added benefits like dental for our staff.

In my opinion a more transparent PTO submission workflow, from staff requests through payroll approval, would be helpful.

Only issue I've noticed is an error on the mobile site/app when trying to enter time, I'm hoping this gets fixed soon.

I use this tool's web platform almost every day and it makes managing pay history, W2s and taxes effortless. The healthcare signup process is easy and I really like the integration with my Slavic 401k account. Chelsea McClellan and Makayla Genoe have always been quick to respond whenever I have questions.

Cons

The Time Entry Dashboard feels confusing and a bit redundant which makes it hard to navigate. The My Hours section is tricky to understand and requesting time off could be more easy. I also wish I could view previously approved timecards. In Performance Management, a sliding scale for ratings would help. The Prism app is difficult to use since overlapping windows block data entry. When I went on short term disability, working with Unum was frustrating, responses were slow and they kept contacting the wrong people at this tool. It would help to review that process.

The dashboard makes it easy for me to check how many PTO hours I have left at any time.

Saving my timesheet is confusing, a clear "Save" button would make things simpler. Some areas are hard to navigate and not very simple.

We've been with this tool for years and they've proven to be the best PEO for national support and personal service. Every year, we get several benefit options and their creative approach sets them apart. The system is simple to use, implementation was smooth and customer support has been outstanding.
