“Convenient all in one HR management”
Pros
Our small company benefits so much from this tool. I can manage time off, access past tax forms, view paystubs and handle benefits all in one place. When I needed help with medical insurance, our rep fixed it with a single email.
Cons
It took me a little while to learn how to request time off but once I figured it out, the process worked smoothly.

“Instant paycheck access!!”
Pros
Right from the start, Ive loved being able to pull up every single paycheck directly in the platform. It's one less thing to worry about everything is just right there when I need it which makes life so much easier.
Cons
I don't have any complaints, the team is easy to work with and Tonya has been fantastic throughout.

Whenever we've had questions, someone from their team responds quickly and makes sure everything stays on track.
Cons
The user portal could be more simple. The PTO dashboard, in particular is confusing to read and doesn't always display upcoming requests clearly. I also wish it were easier to switch between employee and supervisor views.
