I've encountered an issue with Asure where they withdrew more money from our account than reported. Despite my efforts to contact someone at the company for over four months, including escalating the matter to management and daily calls to the billing office, I haven't received any response. This lack of communication and resolution has been extremely frustrating, and based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend Asure to others.
