Absolutely nothing.

This company has the worst software, customer services, processes/procedures, response time if they respond at all and they constantly tell you that they cannot help you but can if you purchase a new package. Complete negligence.

I couldn't find anything worthwhile about this program, it was not at all user-friendly and in the end we relied on our accountants to handle its use and management.

Because the interface was so difficult to use, my staff became increasingly frustrated and would actually come into the office to ask us to demonstrate how to use the application.

We consistently found the team eager to address our inquiries and throughout my time using the service I came across no issues processing payroll. Additionally, the reports they generated were consistently accurate.

they were unable to assign us a dedicated HR representative which was frustrating because we needed someone real we could reach by phone, instead, most communication was conducted via email which didn't meet our need for direct, immediate support.

Pros

I appreciated how simple it is to understand and how practically oriented its features are since I run multiple businesses and therefore rely on tools that simplify particular processes and this unquestionably helps accomplish that.

It required a few attempts for me to become comfortable navigating the system which I suppose is understandable because handling taxes, bookkeeping and payroll are seldom enjoyable responsibilities, yet they remain necessary to complete.

There was absolutely nothing redeeming about my experience overall although in the beginning I found the staff to be helpful and pleasant, that level of service quickly deteriorated and they ended up debiting payroll for a single client on two separate occasions, neglecting to remit taxes they had withheld and filing the required returns late. When we terminated the service, the firm refused to forward the funds they were holding for the Form 940s that they had collected and despite multiple complaints they claimed without proof that they had returned the money to the client in "February", yet by April my clients still had not received any reimbursement, if rating systems allowed negative stars, I would assign them that.

It's difficult to single out only one major problem because I experienced multiple severe failures, including missed deadlines for making tax payments, the company's refusal to return funds after we ended the contract and repeated failures to file required returns on schedule.

It is very reliable for handling my basic payroll needs as I have never had an issue of any kind.

Customer service really needs improvement. They were not helpful at all when I needed support.

Knowing that help is just a call or email away takes a huge weight off my shoulders. No more stressing about whether I have filed everything correctly.

Well nothing comes to mind at the moment as it's been great so far. If I had to mention something, I would say I do struggle with logging into the portal sometimes.

Nothing good to say. It is the worst payroll provider ever. Only giving one star because I have to in order to move on.

Everything about it has been bad. The sales guy made big promises but did not support what he sold. During the transition to Asure payroll they messed up my federal tax deduction and now I'll be over $4,000 short at tax time. We asked them to fix it but they refused.

Honestly, not much comes to mind. It was better before our smaller payroll company got bought out by Asure. Now there are plenty of online options for running payroll ourselves.

Really frustrating to work with as getting clear and quick communication is difficult, mistakes happen too often and customer service is not very friendly or professional. Also I find it more expensive and time-consuming than just using an online payroll service.

The program is simple and makes it easy for us to make changes when needed.

Getting access to quarterly tax packages has not been easy. Like I should not have to keep reaching out to my rep just to get these important reports.

It used to work well when I had more employees and it still runs smoothly even now that I am a much smaller client. Any problems I have had were handled quickly and with minimal effort on my part.

There are frequent staff changes but it usually works out in the end. Also it would be nice if they let us know right away when a new person takes over.

I really value how simple the payroll submission process is and I'm equally pleased that the onboarding of new hires can be completed entirely online.

When I'm trying to locate something that was previously sent to me such as reports I'm often given little assistance and instead immediately told there will be an additional fee to resend duplicate reports which makes me feel like just a number rather than a client Asure genuinely wants to help.
