Their responsiveness is particularly impressive when immediate assistance is required. Overall, Asure's customer support sets a high standard, making them a reliable partner for our payroll needs.

I genuinely have no complaints about Asure. Despite being approached numerous times by other payroll providers trying to convince us to switch, I remain loyal to Asure because we've had nothing but positive experiences with them since they became our payroll provider. Their reliability and service have been consistently excellent, and that's why we continue to entrust them with our payroll needs.

I've encountered an issue with Asure where they withdrew more money from our account than reported. Despite my efforts to contact someone at the company for over four months, including escalating the matter to management and daily calls to the billing office, I haven't received any response. This lack of communication and resolution has been extremely frustrating, and based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend Asure to others.
