Pros
I really like how user-friendly the software is. I've used other employee feedback tools and collected a lot of data but Atwork captured and analyzed it from a new perspective before I even used the AI-driven action recommendations. Also it is great for challenging my ideas and coming up with fresh ones. But what I love the most are the action plans as they provide a step-by-step guide that helps you address issues effectively.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike about the software. It is highly advanced and whenever something is not covered by the product, the consultants and data scientists are readily available to assist. Perhaps a time tracking integration would be a nice addition but I understand that it might not fall under its scope.
