I dont appreciate the fact that custom reports cannot be generated with this software. Also, Update announcements are not done properly.

It makes the job easier and get the work done efficiently. During enrollment, it was quite simple to upload and submit modifications for the employees.

I would admit that the system is really user-friendly and an excellent tool for policy renewal.

The system however,is not entirely functional and our costs arent showing up correctly which is really frustrating.

Its a good system with a great team. The customer service is outstanding. They respond quickly to all questions and are open to suggestions and ideas.

What worked well for me was not having to create a separate listing on Indeed.

The platform is missing a lot of functionality and the biggest area for improvement is the onboarding. Candidates can not save their progress and come back later. Also they cannot view documents directly and have to download them first just to read the contents. Also the software feels very basic to me in a lot of ways.

For me the main positive was that staff could sign up for their own benefits and then BP would email me a summary document.

Cons

I think the integration with major healthcare providers is poor which means we still have to manually enter data from their summary sheets. Also customer support has been slow and unhelpful, often taking days to reply and sometimes not even providing a solution. We even had a serious issue where documents from another company were mistakenly uploaded to our account for employees to sign, which was a major concern for us.

Getting around the site and finding what we need is easy. And though it does have some occasional glitches with page refreshes but the main thing it needs is a more modern interface.

Cons

Well the onboarding process had some glitches and going back to check on a few things became frustrating because it took multiple attempts to get access.

It reliably handles all the essential tasks and has not let me down yet.

The interface looks old-fashioned and very flat. I also did not like the font size as it is also quite small.

This is great software for bringing new hires on board as it cuts out all the usual paperwork and has proven a huge time-saver for us

Cons

I think it would be a lot more useful if it could connect with other types of software like scheduling apps.
