Pros
Bernie Portal is so user friendly and easy to use. Overall I am a big fan of the system.
Cons
The reports need more filtering options like being able to sort by an employee's current status.

“Good for ACA and benefits
Pros
I think platform is not complicated to use. It works really well for ACA reports and managing benefits. I also like that its applicant tracking links directly with Indeed.
Cons
Though the reporting features are getting better but I feel like there is still some room for improvement there.

“Offer great setup help but reports need work
Pros
The customer service team was excellent during our initial setup, helping us configure the portal for benefits enrollment. The screens are simple and the whole process is easy to follow from beginning to end.
Cons
I would like the reports to be more flexible. Plus the benefit management side needs more depth especially for complex situations like different beneficiary rules across multiple policies or verifying dependent eligibility. It would also help to be able to add insurance carrier logos to the benefit information pages.

Pros
Our team liked how user-friendly it was, with instructions that were always clear and easy to understand.
Cons
Only one part of the process required us to either type an answer or initial a box but the instructions did not make that clear at all.
