Pros

It is a powerful HR platform that is really useful for keeping employee information and tasks in order.

Cons

I feel like there should be better updates for both staff and admins whenever the platform gets an update so nobody is left out of the loop.

My favorite parts are the monthly calendars that highlight key dates and the quick, informative videos on various HR subjects.
