ood software with potential for growth

Pros

Managing everything has become so much easier. It's really simple to use and get ready for meetings or tasks.

Cons

It's hard to find anything wrong with it, maybe a few more customization options would be nice but that's really nitpicking.

Better features but needs work

Pros

I really appreciate how this helps me stay organized and makes preparing for meetings or daily tasks so much easier. It's very easy to use which saves me time when I'm trying to find what I need quickly.

Cons

I can't really complain about much, everything seems to work well for me.

great performance tool with minor flaws

Pros

Setting up and managing programs and notifications as an admin is very easy. The Insights dashboards have been really impressive. Tessa, our CSM has been amazing and she's always there when I need help and does a great job explaining new features. The support team is quick to respond and actually solves problems. The Slack integration for recognition is really starting to pick up and is boosting engagement. Employees love the org chart too. We use most of the tools across our 400-person company, although I'd say participation could be better unless the programs are mandatory.

Cons

The feedback section is kind of awkward and requires a lot of workarounds to build the programs we need. Notifications and on-screen instructions aren't very customizable which leads to confusion and makes it harder for people to get on board.

excellent tool for conducting employee surveys

Pros

The whole implementation process went smoothly and the customer support was fantastic. It is really interactive and easy to use for both admins and regular users. Creating result summaries was also very easy and we could look at the data from different angles, which helped the leadership team understand their group's performance.

Cons

Only thing I'd change is giving admins the ability to sort results alphabetically or however we prefer.

Good but not Great

Pros

Managing programs and notifications is really easy and I'm impressed with how the Insights dashboards turned out. Our CSM, Talia has been amazing, she's always there when I hit a roadblock and helps me get up to speed with new features. The support team responds fast and actually solves my problems. The Slack integration for recognition is finally getting people engaged, which is awesome to see. Employees also find the org chart super useful. We use most of the tools like objectives, feedback, conversations, 1:1s, recognition and insights across our 400-person company.

Cons

The feedback section feels wasted and I end up having to find workarounds for most of the programs we need. Notifications and on screen instructions aren't very customizable which creates confusion and makes it harder for people to get the hang of the system.

Employee survey tool that delivers

Pros

The implementation process was really simple when we rolled this out for our employee engagement survey. The customer support team was helpful the whole time. The interface feels easy and works well for both admins and regular users. What I really liked was how simple it made creating result summaries, you can analyze the data from different angles which gave our leadership team great insights into their team's feedback.

Cons

Only thing I'd suggest is letting admins rearrange results alphabetically or in any other way they prefer.

goal tracking that actually keeps me focused

Pros

I love how it lets me align my personal goals with the company's overall goals. The individual and group features make it easy to stay on track with my team, manager and the organization. It's flexible enough that I can set my own targets or sync them with the team's.

Cons

The help site isn't that useful and I felt the training could have been much better.

Goal Setting Tool That Keeps Focus

Pros

I noticed that the individual and group features are great for connecting my personal objectives with the bigger company goals. I can set my own targets or align them with my team, manager and organizational priorities which really creates synergy across all levels.

Cons

Unfortunately, the help resources aren't that great and I feel like the training could have been a lot better.

mazing support but poor efficiency

Pros

Customer support has been outstanding. Even though not everything runs perfectly and there are features I'd like to see improved, working together with their team has really helped us grow our program alongside their product updates.

Cons

Their reporting features are very basic and add extra work for me. To find out how many employees had check-ins during the fiscal year, I need to pull four different reports and combine them myself. The same goes for year-end stats and I'm pulling goals reports, feedback reports and recognition reports just to get a few basic numbers. It's way too much manual work. Also, the recognition module has been a letdown for years. It lacks functionality and interaction, so many departments have actually built or bought their own recognition platforms instead of using this one.

User-friendly & fully customizable experience

Pros

The interface is really easy to use. All the different modules work well together, making my daily tasks way smoother. The customer support is amazing and they respond fast and actually help when issues pop up.

Cons

Solid Tool but needs to Improve

Pros

According to my experience, customer support has been outstanding. Even though the platform isn't perfect and there are some features we'd love to see improved, the collaborative relationship between our teams has helped us grow our program while they continuously improve their product.

Cons

The reporting features are basic and add extra work for me. To figure out how many employees got check-ins during our fiscal year, I have to pull 4 different reports and then piece all the data together myself. The same thing happens when I need year end stats and I'm pulling multiple reports just to get a few numbers. It's way too much manual work for something that should be simple. The recognition module has been a huge letdown for years now. It's so limited that many of our departments had to buy or build their own recognition platforms because this one just doesn't offer the functionality or engagement we need.

Friendly design with great customization

Pros

Amazing Service and Ongoing Innovation

Pros

Smart choice for performance management

Pros

I love having everything in one spot, conversations, goals, and feedback all integrated smoothly. The interface is easy to use and well designed, plus their support team gets back to me quickly whenever I need help.

Cons

There are still some export and checking areas in the Goals module that could be better, though we work closely with our customer success manager to look into potential improvements.

Top notch software!

Pros

I can easily track my progress, sync up with my manager's expectations and stay connected to what the broader team is working toward.

Cons

I can't really think of anything I dislike, though adding some gamification features would be a nice touch.
