Smooth workflow and easy uploads

Pros

Learning the system was smooth and I liked that I didn't have to switch between job and candidate profiles to upload details.

Cons

The tool sometimes froze on me mid task or took forever to load pages.

Needs better workflow triggers

Hard to locate results easily

Pros

I enjoy how simple it is to choose assessments and send them to multiple candidates at once, it saves me a lot of time.

Cons

All in one hiring platform

Pros

What I love most is how it serves as a one stop shop for getting candidates, storing their information and managing new hires. Everything happens in one window and it's so easy to handle.

Cons

I like the refreshed look of this tool but I feel there's still a long way to go before it feels truly modern and sleek.

Effortless navigation and wide testing options

Pros

Using it feels effortless because there are so many testing choices and the platform is extremely easy for me to navigate.

Quick applicant review and paperless onboarding

Pros

I'm able to review multiple applicants quickly thanks to the clear homepage that shows all requisitions and new entries. The paperless onboarding makes day one orientation much smoother.

Cons

Since I work for a large company with many locations, I find it tricky that anyone can act on an applicant's entry, it'd be easier if the system locked applicants to their preferred location once screening begins.

Simple and centralized hiring process

Pros

The system makes hiring simple for me, I can manage, store and review everything in one place without switching windows.

Cons

Even with the new version, it still feels outdated to me, like using an old talent acquisition website. As someone in marketing, I wish it looked more modern and polished.

Lacks modern parsing features

Pros

When I worked with this tool, I found it functioned well as a CRM. I could store contacts and notes neatly, search easily and access directories without any confusion.

Cons

I can't recall major issues but I remember wishing it had newer parsing features like other CRMs. Maybe it does now but I'm not sure.

Organized candidate tracking system

Pros

I like being able to track candidates, build folders and send communications directly through the system, it keeps my process organized.

Cons

When I switch between our two sites, I always have to completely restart my browser which gets annoying.

Trusted IBM backed recruitment tool

Pros

Since it's an IBM product, I trust the brand and believe it will continue to receive great investment and improvements.

Cons

For me, it's hard to use and since it's an IBM product, I get frustrated that their tools don't integrate well with each other.

Outdated system with too many bugs

Pros

For me, the platform was easy to use for large scale content development. It's well laid out, supports teamwork and lets multiple users edit and review projects online effortlessly.

Cons

I feel this tool really needs to catch up with newer programs that offer more flexibility. Setting up courseware takes too much effort and even layouts aren't simple to manage. There are still too many bugs, copying from Word even crashes exports. They should focus more on modern standards like xAPI tracking.

Slow with Limited Support

Pros

A key strength of the platform is its configurability. It allows us to customize workflows, automate communications, and manage the entire recruitment process within a single system. The flexibility of the communication tools also contributes to maintaining a positive candidate experience

Cons

I have to say, this tool isn't exactly the best name for a business app. Beyond that, as others have mentioned, the system can get pretty slow at times. I know this can happen with any SaaS tool but I've actually seen it lag so much that it starts failing altogether. I've also had my fair share of struggles with their support, both under Kenexa and later IBM, since it often feels like they don't have enough people to handle requests quickly, leaving me waiting for answers. My biggest issue, though, is that a lot of the technology feels outdated. The overall experience is clunky and not really appealing to users who are used to modern, social media style interfaces. The back end's social media integration is also pretty limited, though that's less of a dealbreaker for companies focused on professional recruiting.

poor support and outdated technology

Pros

This platform gave me access to applicant tracking tools

Cons

I don't even know where to start because there are so many problems. The customer service is terrible. My account rep tried his best but was stuck in a bad situation. He needed help from other teams but didn't have the authority to get it. Because of that, simple tasks took forever. He was handling too many clients at once, so replies were always slow. The whole support system is badly managed and communication across the company is poor. The technology feels very outdated, like something from the 1990s. This tool is hard to use and not well designed. It looks like it was built only for their internal team, not for real users. It takes too many steps to do basic things, like adding a new value to a dropdown. You can complete most of the setup yourself but then you still need help from this tool for the rest. The admin side really needs a full rebuild. The main recruiting tool works but recruiters find it frustrating. It's not easy to search or move candidates and many other ATS systems are much smoother. The onboarding tool, 2xO, is even worse. It's slow, clunky and feels like no one maintains it. It took four months just to set it up and a whole year to go live. The person helping us even quit during the process. The end result was awful. It's confusing and takes longer to use than just filling out paper forms. Everyone who used it was unhappy. If your company picks 2xO, it feels like they're setting you up to fail. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Efficient multitasking dashboard

Pros

I enjoy the split screen dashboard, it lets me multitask smoothly, especially when I'm phone screening candidates. The proactive prompts make my workflow faster.

Cons

It feels a bit clunky to me, like most ATS platforms, too many clicks, pop ups and loading screens, but once everything's done, it works smoothly.

Requires ongoing involvement for RPO success

Pros

This tool blends both science and art for me. The structured process works well and the partnership support from their team made adoption smooth for our business leaders.

Cons

Rolling out an RPO isn't an instant fix for hiring, I noticed it takes time and active involvement from business leaders to refine and improve the process.

Complex and inconsistent navigation

The system lets me follow each candidate's progress from start to finish. I can track communications, pull resumes using keywords and easily find the right fit for the role.

Cons

Slow performance and missing integrations

Pros

I used this tool before and appreciated its simplicity. Sending bulk communication emails and staying organized with the candidate pool was quick
