“Time saving automated testing process

Pros

When I worked in a unionized environment, this tool completely changed how we tested candidates. Instead of manually marking tests, I got instant results by email and could easily compare scores and timing. It saved so much time for me and the candidates, especially for remote testing. I also liked being able to personalize each test based on the required skills.

Cons

The outdated UI confuses less tech savvy candidates, many accidentally start tests without realizing it. Clearer instructions and a more visible start button would help me a lot.

Pros

I find the employee engagement tool extremely user friendly and the reporting functions are easy and simple for me to use.

Cons

It would be great for me if "super users" had more control to update fields and manage information on the backend.

While using this tool, I love how the communication templates let me email multiple candidates at once. It helps me stay in touch easily and schedule phone screens efficiently.

Cons

Sometimes the job posting feature has issues, I can't tell if it's due to the tool or our server.

I enjoy the flexibility since there are several ways for me to complete a task and the system's speed keeps everything running smoothly.

Cons

The system isn't ideal for teams doing passive sourcing since I can't directly update resumes, I must add candidates again and let the system detect duplicates.

It helps me stay compliant while tracking paperwork..

Cons

Functionally, it's very slow and finicky for me. It's better suited for managing candidate statuses than for searching talent.

The accuracy of the data gives me confidence and helps me maintain fairness and internal balance in the organization.

Cons

No major drawbacks to mention from my side.
