“Amazing price leader, but more is needed in 2024

Pros

Compared to other ATS platforms on the market, Breezy is very affordable. It allows me to post a number of jobs at a very low cost, making it one of the leaders in terms of pricing.

Cons

The UI felt outdated, like it belonged to 2014 and I didn't see many new AI features or anything that would excite me enough to continue using the product long-term.

Breezy has been an excellent HR solution for my business. It makes the hiring and recruiting process much easier. With its customization options, we're able to get the most out of the platform.

I find Breezy to be very resourceful and I honestly don't have any dislikes.

I love Breezy's ease of use and the customer support. Posting a job and distributing it across multiple job boards is truly a breeze!

The home page doesn't show all of my posted jobs on the dashboard so I have to click into "Positions/Pools" to see the full list, which adds an extra step.

The sales and customer support team at Breezy is fantastic. They were incredibly helpful and patient when answering our company's questions especially compared to the 10+ ATS platforms we've spoken to. While we haven't been handed off to an account manager yet, the value Breezy provides for the price is unmatched by many other platforms we've reviewed. The platform is highly customizable, allowing me to tailor everything from scorecards and questionnaires to job descriptions and reports. The user interface is intuitive and Breezy integrates easily with platforms like Google and Zoom, which is a huge plus.

Cons

One downside is that offer emails can only have one attachment and I can't CC other team members. Also, it's not possible to reject multiple candidates from the same position at once, which is something most other ATS platforms do offer.

It also helps me keep track of new hires through meetings and interviews.

I think Breezy's interface is user-friendly, customizable and makes reporting on pipeline and recruiting data incredibly easy.

Some of the more advanced reports are a bit difficult to build if we don't have an analytical or technical background.

I absolutely love the interface!! It was a breath of fresh air in a world full of complicated recruiting tools. Creating workflows is a breeze and it's especially suited for tech teams already familiar with a kanban-style workflow. The customizable boards let me move candidates through stages, either manually or automatically, and the entire system just makes sense, both logically and visually.

Cons

We didn't find the job board integrations as smooth or useful as we hoped. While it was manageable to do on our own, if you have a large number of open roles or need to frequently update them, this functionality is critical.

For me, the built-in company career site page was a fantastic feature. No coding required! It's a great solution for smaller or startup companies.

I felt that this platform is better suited for smaller to mid-sized businesses.

As a beginner in my career, recruitment and interviews used to keep me up at night, especially during busy periods. I didn't know about Breezy until a close friend recommended it to me. Since then, I've enjoyed my job much more and my productivity has improved. Breezy has truly been a game changer for my career and I keep it close to me every day. I highly recommend it!

Breezy works great for me, I haven't faced any cons in my experience.
