Compared to other ATS platforms on the market, Breezy is very affordable. It allows me to post a number of jobs at a very low cost, making it one of the leaders in terms of pricing.

Cons

The UI felt outdated, like it belonged to 2014 and I didn't see many new AI features or anything that would excite me enough to continue using the product long-term.

Pros

The sales and customer support team at Breezy is fantastic. They were incredibly helpful and patient when answering our company's questions especially compared to the 10+ ATS platforms we've spoken to. While we haven't been handed off to an account manager yet, the value Breezy provides for the price is unmatched by many other platforms we've reviewed. The platform is highly customizable, allowing me to tailor everything from scorecards and questionnaires to job descriptions and reports. The user interface is intuitive and Breezy integrates easily with platforms like Google and Zoom, which is a huge plus.

Cons

One downside is that offer emails can only have one attachment and I can't CC other team members. Also, it's not possible to reject multiple candidates from the same position at once, which is something most other ATS platforms do offer.
