“Flexible integrated platform

Pros

The product gives me the freedom to manage almost everything myself and its integration with Salesforce is a definite plus.

Cons

As an admin, I really wish I had the ability to bulk add new users, it's a feature I miss.

“Confusing candidate entry fields

Pros

I appreciate how quickly I can post jobs to paid boards like Dice directly from Bullhorn, it's a must have since Bullhorn doesn't support native posting integration.

Cons

The way candidates enter my system can be confusing, especially with how certain fields get auto populated. It might be fixed now but I've stopped using those fields altogether.

“Efficient interface for recruiters

Pros

For me as a recruiter, the user interface is excellent for both active and passive candidate searches. Posting jobs is just as easy which keeps my workflow simple and efficient.

Cons

Manually adding users to another system feels tedious to me since there's no auto user provisioning. Changing credentials also takes more effort than it should.

“Smooth switch from daxtra to broadbean

Pros

Ease of use really made a difference for us when moving from Daxtra to Broadbean. I found this tool much more user friendly, with smoother ATS integration and terminology that matched our company's processes which made training easier.

Cons

Although it is great!! But whenever I've had issues, support often ends up blaming other vendors instead of owning the problem which gets frustrating.

“Quick posting across multiple sites

Pros

What I enjoy most is how quickly I can post to over 10 sites at once. The platform feels simple and easy for everyone on my team to use.

Cons

Some functionality from Indeed.com doesn't fully carry over when I access it through this platform, though it's nothing major.
