We chose this tool because they promised integration with our ATS. Payment was requested upfront. After six months of being bounced between this platform and our ATS provider, it refused to refund us. They even suggested renewing for another three years! Their excuse was that it was the ATS's fault. It was a terrible experience, we spent several thousand euros for nothing.

Setup, support, responsiveness, compatibility and follow-up all fell short. The service sold to us was disappointing, despite our efforts.

There are still issues with duplicate resumes that I've noticed the system doesn't catch. Notifications sometimes fail and I've found that auto filled fields can behave strangely.

Applying system dynamics here is simple for me, I learned the concept in school and using this tool makes policy implementation quick and easy.

Students couldn't fully use this tool's features since we only had access to the trial version. A full year or two year trial would've allowed us to explore its full potential.

Honestly, I absolutely hate this program. It doesn't post jobs the way I need it to and I end up setting up each job manually which frustrates me.

it's a no frills tool that just works. I can link it to my ATS, CRM, job boards and social profiles and it pushes out all postings automatically while tracking responses centrally.

Cons

I don't find the �CV Portal' feature very useful, I prefer managing responses through my email inbox. It's not the most advanced tool but its simplicity and reliability can be an advantage.

It could benefit from a bit more functionality, though I think the company is quite open to improve or customize features when needed.

The speed and usability really stand out to me. It finds results quickly and uploads them into the ATS instantly. I also like how modern and clean the interface feels, unlike competitors that look outdated. This tool integrates beautifully with SaaS tools like Bullhorn ATS. Since moving away from Bullhorn, I still rely on this platform for job posting and really miss its candidate search function.

Cons

Handling duplicates has been tough for me since resume formats vary so widely. Managing them in this tool could definitely improve because they often create data integrity issues in my system. When dealing with a messy database, I've found it's worth investing in duplication checks alongside it.

Pros

Using multiple job boards can be time consuming but this software saves me hours. Since I started using it back in 2015, it's been great at automatically posting my job ads across every board we use, eliminating the need to post them one by one.

Cons

There's honestly nothing major that bothers me, though sometimes the software froze during use. It didn't happen often but whenever it did.
