Pros
what really won me over was how simple it is to use, it's made coordinating across multiple countries easy and helps us all stay informed when someone is away from the office. I also appreciate alot of customization options available which let me tailor things to make workflows even smoother.
Cons
If there's one area I'd like to see improved, it would be more hands-on demos or walkthroughs that show how to use the product more effectively in real scenarios.

What I appreciate is that every essential detail for a vacation is gathered in a single spot, I can export my data without trouble, their support team has been excellent and it even connects with Slack.
Cons

Setting it up was easy and my team can easily check how much PTO they have available. I'm really impressed with the approval workflow & it makes managing requests much smoother than before.
Cons
I'd appreciate more felxible reporting that shows the specific number of days taken in each PTO category for particular employees.

It is much simpler to use and oversee than I expected. The support team was genuinely helpful during setup.
Cons
the Slack integration drops out now and then, nothing major but it can be annoying. I also think the QR-code check-in isn't as convenient as advertised, I'd much prefer a workflow where people sign into the app on their phones before checking in and then everyone can use a single shared QR code.

“Feature-rich but scheduling changes are a pain
Pros
Honestly I am impressed by how feature-rich this tool is. It covers almost every angle of employee scheduling I can imagine whether I need team members to clock in from different sites or to use different methods like a smartphone app or a browser, it supports them all. There's even the ability to generate and print QR codes , I can print and place them around the office so staff can walk up and scan to log their time. Another thing I appreciate is the integrations with G Suite and Slack, I was able to import my employees through those services which made getting set up incredibly quick and a really smooth.
Cons
The only thing I don't like is that I have to enter each employee's work days manually and specify the exact hours they work each day which becomes difficult when schedules change often. In companies where shifts are updated frequently, maintaining those settings is a real pain and eats up a lot of time. Aside from this effort everything else is solid. the tool basically gives me everything I need to manage and keep my employees' schedules in order.

In my team we rely on it for a variety of HR functions and it covers most of our daily needs. The features we use most often include, 1. Absence requests , staff can formally submit requests for paid time off, vacations, or unpaid leave in a clear, structured way. Managers can easily configure the approval workflow and employees are able to attach supporting documents like medical notes when needed. 2. Calendar feature when payroll exceptions crop up, the calendar makes it easy to apply the necessary adjustments and it also helps us plan and stagger vacations for team members within the same department so coverage isn't disrupted. 3. employee records , it's simple to create and maintain a comprehensive database of all staff where start dates, salary details and other important information can be stored and accessed quickly. 4. Reporting , the reporting tools are practical and user-friendly making it easy for me to prepare the reports we need.
Cons
it fulfills the requirements of our business by offering all the essential features we need, plus a few additional functions that are handy. I haven't faced any issues with the software during the time we've been using it so there are no complaints to share based on our current experience.

Setting it up was extremely easy and I appreciate that it automates handling annual leave, remote work days and even birthdays. It's a really handy, uncomplicated method for staff to submit time-off requests and for managers to approve them. I also find the integrations with Slack, Teams and email work smoothly which makes it easy for everyone to stay informed and in the loop.

Pros
As a small company, we don't have what you'd call standard time-off policies. Still, it seems to have covered every angle, the finer settings, the many little configurable details and the editable limits on requests are fantastic and the whole system is incredibly easy to use and use.
Cons
Haven't found any real negatives yet it's mostly just getting used to the shift from our old system to the new one. On the plus side, I find the HR reports incredibly useful and they make the transition easier.

We've all been enjoying how easy it's become to alert management about both planned leave and sick days and I really appreciate how immediate and responsive the whole system feels now!
Cons
However, I notice daily absence alerts don't indicate the type of leave so I have to check elsewhere whether someone is out sick or on vacation, it would be helpful if the absence type were shown next to each person's name in the notification.

Pros
What I really appreciate is being able to view not just my own time-off submissions but also my teammates' requests, on top of that, it's easy for me to check exactly how many days I've already used and how many remain.
Cons
The interface looks clean and pleasant but I feel it could use a few more refinements to be truly polished. I'd also like it to synchronize directly with my Google Calendar so my time off shows up there.

The calendar feature makes it super easy to see who's in or out of the office, really helpful for both users and admins to track time off. I appreciate that the platform has some customization options and the support team is solid. The Google Calendar integration works well and being able to clock in either with a QR code or from your computer gives nice flexibility depending on how you've got things set up.
Cons
Having to pay through PayPal since the company isn't US-based feels a bit odd and unprofessional. The time-off system is really frustrating because not all employees get the same amount of vacation days, so admin has to manually adjust each person's allowance every year, its very tedious.

“good for leave, mobile app slow
Pros
Having this tool in our company has been incredibly useful for submitting and keeping track of my leave, I consider it one of the best options available for that purpose. I've been using it at work and it delivers a smooth, user-friendly experience when I apply for time off. It lets me quickly pull up past leave requests and check approval statuses with clear visibility into who approved each request and when they did it. Plus approved leaves automatically sync with my Google Calendar so I can easily see when colleagues will be away too.
Cons
the mobile app still needs a lot of work in terms of speed and functionality. It tends to freeze a lot and is often unreliable with bugs and erratic behavior that disrupt the experience. I hope the developers prioritize performance fixes and more felxible features so the mobile version becomes as dependable as the desktop one.
